Welcome to Pelican's Perch, an enchanting short-term rental in the heart of Sea Pines. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom classic "upside-down" beach house is a haven of coastal charm and modern comfort. Enter through the front door into a welcoming foyer adorned with coastal decor, instantly greeted by white-paneled wood walls that set the tone for your Lowcountry escape.

On the first floor, three bedrooms are complemented by 2.5 bathrooms and a convenient laundry room. Turn right to find a queen bedroom with a TV and a private attached bathroom featuring a shower/bathtub combination. Turn left to discover a powder room, and two additional bedrooms connected by a full bathroom with a glass shower. One bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, a TV, and a sliding glass door leading to the pool, while the other features a queen bed, a twin bed, and a TV.

Ascend the stairs to the second floor, where an open floor plan with tall vaulted ceilings and beautiful white beams awaits. The upscale coastal decor, inviting living room with ample seating and a large 65" TV captures the essence of Lowcountry style. The dining room is complete with a farmhouse style table that seats 8. The kitchen, open to the dining area, is equipped with 4 barstools, a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, with a door leading to the screened-in porch.

The living room and dining area offer two doors to the expansive screened-in porch, furnished with white Adirondack chairs, a TV, and a dining table. Enjoy every season of the year in this beautiful space. Just off the living room, you'll find the primary suite with a large king bed, TV, and a private bathroom featuring a glass shower.

Step into the backyard to discover a private pool, approximately 20x17 feet, accompanied by a gas grill, an outdoor dining table, and comfortable loungers. Pelican's Perch is located in a neighborhood called Sea Pines. Sea Pines is a 5,000 acre community located in Hilton Head Island. The neighborhood encompasses private communities, a forest preserve, horse stables (1.5 miles away), PGA Tour golf course, beautiful sandy beaches (less than 5 minute walk), two marinas and many shops and dining. Amongst the most well known areas are Harbour Town Marina (2.3 miles away) with the lighthouse and South Beach Marina (3.4 miles away) with the infamous Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines is a gated community with a gate fee (1 complimentary pass is included in your stay and more can be purchased through us directly) so those staying in the neighborhood have all the wonders of Sea Pines right in front of them. There's no need to even leave Sea Pines while on vacation!

How do you get around while on vacation?

Bicycles are a popular mode of transportation in Hilton Head. Once you rent through Beachside HHI, you can rent bicycles directly from us and have them delivered to Pelican's Perch upon arrival. Be sure to look up the Sea Pines trolley schedule for your trip. The trolley runs during the peak season and is free to access.

Note: This home is located in a private, gated community. Gate passes are required for entrance. Reservations include 1 complimentary gate pass, but additional passes can be purchased directly through us. Sea Pines does restrict the number of vehicles/gate passes per property. Parking is available for 4 vehicles at Pelican's Perch.

Note: Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Inquire for pricing as it differs seasonally. The pool heater for Pelican's Perch is propane.
