10 Canvasback is a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath ocean home that has been consistently updated throughout. The spectacularly equipped kitchen offers an island with seating for 6 at butcher block counter for casual meals, and new stainless steel appliances.
Dining room seats 10 at beautiful glass table.

This home is located on a secluded cul-de-sac just a 4 minute walk to the beach. It has three levels with great bedroom separation.

The lower Master Suite has a sitting window where you can relax after a long day at the beach, plus a private bath with walk in shower.

The upper Master Suite has a large bathroom with garden tub and separate shower. In the bedroom, there is a separate seating area with beautifully upholstered chairs and table for reading.

Twin bedrooms share a newly redone bathroom . One bedroom is directly attached.

Ideal for three generations, two families, - really 8 people comfortably. 10 usually includes babies and small children - not 10 adults.

The large screened porch has a table and chairs, seating for 8. Rockers and wicker seating with a fan for a breeze on warm evenings. Porch is off the living area, and connects the wrap around porch that overlooks the pool with a deck that continues to the front of the home.
Newly redone Pool has beautiful travertine marble surround and gorgeous new tile in the pool. Brown Jordan Lounge seating.

Location, location, location! We brought our 13 yo chocolate lab and the house was perfect for her. The dog gates were a big plus as we could confine her to the kitchen when going out. The house was very clean and has beautiful amentites. The kitchen is outstanding and well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. The hosts were very attentive and made sure our stay was as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

We enjoyed our stay at this property over the summer! We had full family fun with the grandparents and two dogs! Toba was wonderful to work with and got right back to us f we had a concern. Riding the bikes in the community was a highlight as well as being able to get to the beach with a two min walk!

Perfection location in Sea Pines

The ideal location in Sea Pines for a family wanting a short walk to the beach, easy access in and out of Sea Pines, Bikes a private pool etc. Slept 9 comfortably. We loved using the bikes and all the beach items included. Wonderful trip and stay!

Convenient and lovely home!

Toba and Andy are fantastic hosts, the house is beautiful and very convenient to the beach as well as other activities in the area. We had several small kids and dogs and the set-up worked well for all involved. The screened in porch was a perfect place to spend the evening mosquito-free!

Family Trip To Hilton Head

We had a great time on our vacation with our family and this home was perfect for our stay! The Barth's are great hosts and quick to respond to your questions or needs. The house was well equipped and very clean when we arrived. It's in a nice location close to just about everything. It's an easy walk to the beach which was great for us having a young grandchild to take. The pool was nice a relaxing with some shade especially for one of the days where it was extremely hot at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and our first time trip to Hilton Head and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Toba and Andy for the memorable vacation for our family!

Family Getaway 2024

Great location near the beach

The house is comfortable (big sectional couch for evening lounging, lovely screened porch, terrific layout), well-equipped, and in a great location near the beach and the Ocean Gate at Sea Pines. A huge bonus -- it's pet-friendly, and the owners have the kitchen gated off which worked perfectly for us.

We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Perfect for early am walks with the pup and evening sunset walks. Short bike ride to sea pines beach club. We loved our week here in sea pines. The owners are very helpful and kind. Just a great home away from home.

Perfect Family Gathering Spot

Hilton Head is at the very least, an annual trip for our family. We got onto this property a couple of years ago and it works great for our growing family. Plenty of space, an easy walk to the beach and the onsite pool is ideal for the kids. The house is clean/well stocked and Toba is excellent to work with on issues and/or questions. We're already talking about our return trip for next year. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Week

We have been to Hilton Head 13 times. This is by far the nicest place we've stayed. Perfect for a group of adults, as all bedrooms can be set up as twin beds or kings. Just perfect.

Wonderful home

We had a fabulous stay at this home. Toba is a great communicator. Easy walk to the beach! We loved the screened in porch. Beds were all comfortable. Bikes were very fun to have! Close to grocery, restaurants and all we needed. We will hopefully be back again!

Outstanding HHI Home!

Our family gathered for our 28th year on HHI at this lovely home away from home. It is so well appointed with beach and pool equipment/toys, home equipment for our grandchild, pet accommodations, and so many other wonderful amenities. Great Home and Location

The location is perfect! Just inside Sea Pine and super easy to get anywhere. The house is very clean and spacious. Loved having the private pool. Just a short walk to the beach. Toba was EXTREMELY helpful beginning with the booking process and continued throughout the entire stay. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

We first came to Hilton Head when our older daughter was 3 months old - 46 years ago. She and her sister learned to crawl, then walk and swim in the gentle surf and warm water that make this spectacular shoreline so welcoming year after year. (We have just had the pleasure of watching our first granddaughter and 3 grandsons do the same!)
Our dogs Spot and Shadow, and Lefty, have loved playing on the beach.
Now we enjoy coffee on the beach in the morning, and sunset by the ocean each evening with our children and grandchildren and our dog, Lexi - a terrific rescued tripod

Why they chose this property

Hilton Head has the best beach in the United States. Sea Pines is the best of Hilton Head, with fabulous biking on the beach (yes, you can ride on the beach!) and paved paths, tennis opportunities, golf and great dining. Just as important, there are great supermarkets and family businesses. Easy to eat in, eat out.

What makes this property unique

We love the four minute walk to an uncrowded beach and the leisurely stroll to the beach club with our dog for the morning paper and coffee.
Our beach is accessible only to the people who live on our beachwalk.
Newly remodeled Beach Club
It is a comfortable distance ( 9 beach markers) - an easy walk or bike ride to/from the restaurant and shop at the Beach Club- the only full service beach club on the island. Even in the busiest seasons, our end of the beach is peaceful and delightful.
Huge Bonus!!! Canvasback is the first street in from the Sea Pines Ocean Gate, easy access to the rest of island for shopping, touring, etc. Even in the summer, we are in and out of Sea Pines in no time.
