Agréables vacances dans cette location

Proche de la plage et du centre ville. On peut tout faire à pieds. Location agréable. Le petit jardin est un plus pour les repas à l'extérieur et le farniente.

What a nice week in Saint Raphael!

We were 3 people and had a very great time in saint raphael, also due to this appartment. The house is located at 10 min walkthrough from sea and it is very big, with all accessories and a nice garden where spending peaceful breakfast. The appartment owner is very professional and gave us all the information we need, (before,during and also after our journey). There was also a free parking for car at 15 meters from the house!Results: 5 stars! Salvatore

Rien à redire: Appartement bien situé tout près du centre ville, de la mer, de la gare avec en plus un stationnement gratuit et à côté. La terrasse est très agréable et il a été facile d'y ranger 2 vélos (! il y a des côtes dans la région) Côté aménagement de l'appartement là encore très bien équipé avec tous les produits de premières nécessités et même plus ! On recommande Très belle région seul bémol il manque un vrai marché avec des petits producteurs locaux et des pêcheurs !

Wir genossen die 3 Wochen Aufenthalt in St. Raphael. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen! Dieser Umstand ermöglichte uns des öftern zu Fuss in die Stadt zu gehen. Die Einrichtung entspricht der Beschreibung und genügte voll unsern Ansprüchen. Der Vermieter prompt und sehr zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder! Beatrix & Josef ch

Nous sommes revenus sur Paris ravi de notre séjour à Saint Raphael ( Du 23 au 30 Avril 2016). L' appartement de M.LAPLUIE correspondait exactement à nos attentes : confort, propreté, espace, jardin, proche de la plage et des commodités. Aussi, nous avons été agréablement surpris d'une prestation supplémentaire : la prise en charge en voiture de la clientèle à l'arrivée et au retour surtout lorsque vous avez un jeune enfant et que vous êtes chargés. Cette expérience positive nous motive à y retourner dès que possible surtout quand le soleil est au RDV. Nous n'hésiterons pas à contacter à nouveau M.LAPLUIE. Nous avons également l'habitude de passer par Abritel pour nos wkends aux marchés de Noel à Colmar. Chaque année, nous sommes fidèles au même bailleur. M.LAPLUIE est devenu une référence pour nos futurs séjours à St Raphael. Voilà, j'espère que ces quelques lignes vous aideront dans votre choix.

Bel appartement Tres calme

Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Apparemment bien situé près des plages et du centre ville. A pied, on y accède par une route pentue mais ensuite c'est le calme assuré dans un appartement Tres bien équipé; le wi-fi serait un plus. Nous avons passé un Tres bon séjour en couple. Nous recommandons sans retenue.
