What a fabulous stay. We were welcomed like family to a beautiful property. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed plus the hostess and her family went over and beyond to make us feel at home and enjoy our stay. The area is beautiful and we were very sad to leave Anna Maria’s home. Definitely worth a stop over for the most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Birthday Surprise

We spent four days staying at AnnaMaria’s Italian cottage. We arrived extremely late (due to traffic delays) and were greeted warmly by our host and her family. There was a welcome basket filled with snacks and fresh vegetables from their garden. The cottage was very clean and accommodated our family comfortably. The shared pool was beautiful and had spectacular views of the Italian countryside. We were fortunate to have the pool to ourselves and our private garden allowed for alfresco dinners under the stars! Alicia checked in on us throughout our stay and surprised my wife with a delicious cake for her birthday! There was a bar cafe and small market in town, just a short 7 min ride away for any extra necessities. AnnaMaria and her family were kind, gracious, hospitable and bestowed a lovely parting gift upon our family. We highly recommend this location to anyone else and we will likely return during our next vacation.

C'est un endroit formidable où nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille. Cette location a largement dépassé nos attentes.Dès notre arrivée, nous avons su que nous nous sentirions bien dans cette maison. Anna Maria et Elio ont été des hôtes accueillants, discrets, respectueux et chaleureux. Ce fut un véritable plaisir de faire leur connaissance.Tout était parfaitement entretenu, ce qui a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Nous n'avions jamais vu une piscine extérieure aussi propre ! Nous recommandons cette maison sans la moindre hésitation et y reviendrons si l'occasion se présente avec grand plaisir.

Unser wunderbarer Sommerurlaub ist perfekt gelungen. Die extrem Kinderfreundliche Umgebung und die sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Vermieter tragen sehr zur Erholung der Eltern bei. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Struttura eccellente

il soggiorno è stato più che ottimo. I proprietari sono molto gentili e simpatici, per qualsiasi evenienza erano sempre disponibili. La casa era molto pulita e in una zona tranquilla, dalla quale sono facilmente raggiungibili le località sul lago. Struttura consigliata sia a famiglie che a gruppi di amici!

Great place for adults and children

Excellent stay at "La capanna dei carri" . The owners are very warmful. The place is wonderful for the children ( swimming pool and play area) and it s extremely clean. Also a nice spot to discover trasimeno area. We recommend!

Im gesamten war es ein super Ferienhaus für Familien

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit den Ferienhaus und unserer Vermieterin Marie sie ist eine sehr freundliche Person genauso wie der Rest ihrer Familie. Wir wurden super toll empfangen und das Haus mit Grundstück waren perfekt man konnte seine Ruhe genießen und die Kinder den ganzen Tag auf den Spielplatz oder Pool toben wie sie wollten. Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft Marie wir kommen gerne wieder.
