Borgo Belvedere is a portion of an old farmhouse of 150 m2 (1600 ft2) on two levels with an independent access. It is located only a short drive from Lake Trasimeno and is close to the medieval village of Panicale with its charming piazza, cafes and restaurants.The house has stunning views over the lake and is in a very quiet area, surrounded by olive groves and wooded hills. The location is perfect for a sun-drenched holiday or as a base for a cultural itinerary with Rome, Orvieto, Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia and Assisi all within day-trip distance.

The accommodation includes three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large dining kitchen and living room with balcony. There is a private garden with table and chairs and a shared pool with umbrellas and loungers. The poo; is 6 by 12 metres (20 by 40 feet) and is open from June through September.

The first floor level entrance opens into the dining kitchen equipped with a dining suite and appliances including a dishwasher and fridge freezer. A corridor leads to two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a spa bath and the other with a shower and washing machine. A stair from the kitchen leads up to the living room with a balcony overlooking the lake with a table and chairs and furnishings including a double futon sofa bed. The master bedroom and adjacent bathroom with shower are accessed from the living room.

The house was recently renovated, is elegantly furnished and features traditional terra cotta floors and exposed timber beams creating a pleasant historical charm.

A range of activities can be found locally including riding, mountain biking, sailing, wine tasting and golf (at the local Lamborghini Golf Club - the owner is a Director).

He has been a full time resident of Panicale since 2012, living on an olive farm with his Italian wife, Teresa, and his dogs.
He is a keen golfer and musician and speaks English and Italian.

Andy and Teresa bought their farm in Panicale in 2000 having looked at properties in Tuscany and Umbria. They were drawn to Panicale by the medieval village, the friendly people, proximity to Lake Trasimeno and the Lamborghini Golf Club.
