Super fun, airy, open floor plan California style beach cottage just 2 blocks to the beach and much more. Renovated for 2017 season. We call our house The Windjammer in Rehoboth Beach. You will find this style home all around the area. These homes were originally built as affordable beach retreats for families in the 60's. It has such a cool vibe you'll think your relaxing in Orange Co., CA or Hawaii. Walk to all that Dewey Beach has to offer. Be sure to check out the happy hour at the Dewey Beer Company, or grab some of the best crab cakes on the Eastern Shore at Woody's. If you’re in the mood for music and nightlife your just steps away from Bottle & Cork and the Rusty Rudder. Take the Jolly Trolley from Dewey Beach into downtown Rehoboth Beach for fine dining, shopping, the boardwalk, and Funland for the kids. Historic downtown Lewes is only a 5 mile bike ride away.

4 bedroom 3 bath home with additional outside shower. Well-appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal. Coffee center with Keurig K-cup coffee maker, french press, tea pot, and classic coffee maker, and beverage cooler. Dining table for 10; 12 if you really like each other.

Master bedroom has 1 king bed and private bathroom with large shower. The remaining bedrooms share 2 additional full bathrooms. In the newly remodeled bathroom you will find a tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen size beds with easy access to one of the two full bathrooms off the hall.
The bunk room has 4 single beds and is great for the kids.

There are two living areas. The main living area is just off the kitchen and has comfortable seating for everyone. In the back of the house you will find a newly renovated living space with a great view of the backyard and patio. The back living area is a great place to relax and read a book or work on a puzzle. Awesome 70 mbps (for you non nerds out there this is really fast internet) wifi service that covers the entire home and back patio. The main living room television is connected to both cable and has an Apple TV so you can stream your favorite shows. You can also bring your own streaming device to use with any of the televisions in the house. We made it easy for you to just connect and stream without having to pull all the cables out.

The front screen porch has a dining area for 4-6 people. It is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or plug in the party lights and enjoy a cocktail before dinner. The backyard patio is second to none with plenty of space to hang out and cook on the grill. Enjoy the shade during the warm summer days and light up the night with festive party lights.

You will also have a full size washer and dryer to use. These are located just off the 2nd living area in the back of the house.

Tons of off street parking with room for 5 cars. Bring your bikes and your surf/paddle boards and enjoy the many options that are close by. Lockable storage for bikes & boards is provided.
