Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Each bed stripped of the used sheets and pillowcases must be placed in its used pillowcases and put outside on the deck for pick up. LEAVE ALL pillows, mattress covers, & quilts on beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Standard rental contract will be emailed after booking. Groups under 25 years old are required to pay an additional security deposit

Great property for a big group in a perfect location

We had a wonderful stay here! The setup was perfect for our 3 families, with plenty of beds, bathrooms and hang out areas. Both houses were nicely appointed and had a lot of great touches throughout to make everyone comfortable and happy. The outdoor shower and backyard couch / picnic table area was great for after the beach. Maria was very responsive and helpful as well. Would absolutely stay here again.

If you have a big group in Dewey, book this place! It’s spacious, updated, super cute, and there’s a great backyard. It’s a 3 minute walk to the starboard, but removed enough to be quiet at night! The owner was really helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our group of 14. There was plenty of space for all of us, the houses were immaculate, and the courtyard was so cute. This property was great for multiple families on vacation together since there is a separate house in the back. Lots of extra nice touches since the house was recently remodeled. The screened porch quickly became the kid hangout. The owner was very easy to reach and was quick to answer any questions.

Absolutely perfect house for a group

We booked this for a bachelorette party for a long weekend. Maria was incredible and so attentive and helpful. The house is better than the pictures, comfortably fitting 16 girls. The yard in between houses is perfect for group activities. The location is so convenient, within a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had an amazing weekend and will definitely be booking with Maria again!

Awesome beach trip

Great location and plenty of space. It was an easy walk to the beach with kids in tow!! Plenty of space for our family. Easy walk to some restaurants and shops. Maria was very responsive to our questions. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Ws took our bikes and enjoyed an early morning bike ride before heading to the beach. Looking forward to returning next summer.

Girls weekend

We had an awesome time at Maria’s location in dewey beach !! The house was clean and comfortable for our group, and the back house made it a perfect spot for everyone to have space. We also spent a lot of time in the middle lawn area. Perfect location and walking distance to everything. We never needed a cab !! Front porch was amazing and kitchen was great for cooked meals. Maria and her husband responded quickly to one small issue with locking the door, and even called when she found a pair of keys we had left in the drawer. Thanks for an awesome stay !!

The owner was a pleasure to work with:) The house was clean and had all the necessities+, to make for a very pleasant stay:) Please note...the house location & neighborhood were convenient to the beach & local businesses...but it was Bike Week (my lack of researching the week) and a bit noisy. Definitely would recommend renting from the owner and staying at this property:)

Everything about this property was wonderful! Just remember to bring ear plugs or headphones because the walls are thin -- meaning you can hear each other and any loud people outside. Not a big deal, just come prepared!

Perfect location!

We stayed with a large group of family and friends and has the most amazing time! The location was perfect for walking everywhere! We used our cars only to pick up some grocery items, otherwise they stayed parked and we were able to easily walk to the beach, restaurants and bars! The house was a perfect size to accommodate our large group and the back cottage made for extra space to spread out. There were MANY showers which was a priority for our group of women and we never had a problem after our day at the beach. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible. We’d love to stay again!
