Nice clean accommodation with wonderful views over the lake. We didn't take our dog with us, however we noticed that the garden is not particularly dog proof. Our only criticism would be the showers in both the ground floor bathrooms were either hot or very hot, it was not possible to adjust the temperature to a warm / comfortable temperature. Other than that, we had a brilliant time. Very many thanks to out host.

Perfect house and setting for an unforgettable holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the nice and comfortable house of Rita. Practically everything was present to enjoy our stay in beautiful Ireland. Also nice to have, was the Half Barrel at walking distance. Nice food and Guiness!

Very nice house and lovely location

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this beautiful location. It was a good starting point for many trips to the west coast. Also the lake view from the main room is absolutely marvellous. We would recommend this house.

Spacious property with great views

Great place to stay. The property is spacious with large garden going down to the lough. The main room is light and airy with comfortable chairs. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed was comfortable.

A nice house at the lake

We really enjoyed staying at this property. And the view of the lake from the living room was always very beautiful. There is a great pub and two shops for all necessities in Whitegate near by. The property is perfect if you want to explore the Lough Derg.

A family reunion

We traveled from the US for a Family Reunion in Tipperary; this location was lovely in County Clare as it was close to many sights we wanted to see. A serene, lake setting, peaceful and quiet with excellent communication with the landlord. We had all ages, and a good time was had by all, the house setting let everyone do their own thing.
