Located on a quiet residential street a spacious open plan living room and kitchen welcomes you. There's a double bedroom that sleeps 2 and a large double sofa bed that also sleeps 2.

There's a large drop leaf dining table (with 4 chairs stored underneath) that comfortably accommodates 4 people around it. All the usual kitchen stuff, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and plenty of plates and cutlery - with tea, coffee, milk provided. There is also a brand new washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

The bathroom is modern recently refurbished with a shower and a bath.

There's a large Smart TV in the living room.

I'll supply lovely Egyptian cotton sheets and as much bedding as you require. And in the bathroom there's complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner, and fluffy bath towels.
