The apartment has a beautiful sea view and stated a position of privacy because, thanks to the large terrace is protected from external eyes. It consists of a living-room with a small kitchen, collapsible, two double bedrooms (one double with private bathroom and one twin) and a service room with single bed and bath-laundry. On the terrace there is also a very small space to relax indoors with optional extra single bed for guests. Relax on the terrace area with sofa and two armchairs and dining table for 4-6 people.

We enjoyed a superb holiday in Porto Cerva.The apartment was perfectly situated, within walking distance to town. We enjoyed many of the neighboring coves and beaches, where swimming and snorkeling was a plenty. The apartment was perfectly situated for our family of five. The view over the bay from the terrace was incredible. The grounds of the residence was extremely well cared for, with pretty gardens, and a beach area to swim. We loved the pool area. The apartment was perfect for us. Good sized rooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen is very small, but as described. Communication with our host was easy, and we would very much recommend this accommodation to any future guests.

Wir haben es sehr genossen, das Apartment ist in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand, die Aussicht ist fantastisch, die Anlage hat diesen wunderbaren Zugang zum Meer, so dass man nicht an einen überfüllten Strand muss.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Michela hat uns stets mit unseren Wünschen unterstützt und war sehr gut erreichbar.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Von der großzügigen Terrasse hatten wir direkten Blick auf das Wasser. Sowohl der Pool als auch die Badestelle am Mittelmeer sind fußläufig erreichbar. Perfetto!

Das schlimmste Apartment

Es war nicht sauber. In den Schubladen liegen Klamotten vom Eigentümer. Die Terasse ist voller Ameisen. Draußen sitzen ist unmöglich. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine, keinen Wasserkocher, keine Weingläser, keine Microwelle. Die Küche ist winzig. Das Apartment ist niemals für 6 Personen! Draußen auf der Terrasse wurde ein Raum errichten wo grade mal ein Bett rein passt. Das ist kein Schlafzimmer, das ist eine Abstellkammer, die sich dazu auch noch aufheizt wie ein Backofen. Für 6 Personen bekamen wir einen 50 cm breiten Schrankteil!!!! Alle anderen Schränke sind verschlossen weil dort die Klamotten vom Eigentümer sind. 2 von uns sind sofort in ein Hotel umgezogen, 2 sind nach 4 Tagen abgereist, weil das Apartment ein Totalschaden ist. Ich verstehe nicht, wer hier zu dem Preis gute Bewertungen abgibt. Das kann ja wohl nur gefaked sein. Preis/Leistung stimmen hier überhaupt nicht. Die ganze Anlage ist scheinbar im schlechten Zustand. Ein anderes deutsches Pärchen war von seinem Apartment ebenso enttäuscht. Finger weg davon.

L'ospite aveva prenotato per 3 persone, poi mi ha chiesto di avere biancheria per altre 2 persone che l'avrebbero raggiunto per 2 giorni Ho dato anche la possibilità di entrare prima del check in previsto , e si sono presentati subito in 6 persone senza preavviso nelle 2 camere principali ci sono ampi armadi a 2 ante liberi per gli ospiti oltre a cassettiere La cameretta sul terrazzo è aggiuntiva e suggerita per un bambino La casa è sempre consegnata pulita e le formiche in terrazza purtroppo sono difficili da debellare, credo comunque che rimanga una bellissima situazione di relax dove io con famiglia passo le vacanze in agosto, ed è sempre stata apprezzata dagli ospiti

SUPER !

La situation de l'appartement face au golfe est tout simplement exceptionnelle. La résidence est calme, très bien entretenue et dispose d'une piscine a proximité de la plage. Les équipements de l'appartement sont complets et au dessus de la moyenne, un peu comme chez soi: on peut vraiment faire de la cuisine et inviter des amis sans avoir à compter les fourchettes et les couteaux. La propriétaire est charmante mais un peu étourdie! Il ne faut hésiter à lui rappeler votre jour et heure d'arrivée.... Nous espérons revenir prochainement.

A location with the 'wow' factor

All in all we were very satisfied. The owner was very helpful before we went, the appartment is spacious and well equipped with lovely views, the pool is clean, the decking by the seafront is lovely. The only slight frustration was an uncomfy bed and pillows - perhaps this is just personal preference though - I prefer a firmer bed and this was very soft. I would book to go there again, matress dependant!

Very nice place

We have spent 2 weeks end of July 2016 at 5 (3 adults & 2 kids) and we have been really happy. The apartment is nicely fitted, the view is extraordinary and the owner has been so nice to come and meet us before we leaved. Nothing else to say, it was great. One specific comment: the car is mandatory! If we come again in Sardinia, it's sure we will rent here again.

Sehr angenehm

Sehr gut gelegen mit sehr vielen Zimmern plus gut ausgestatteter Küche. Die 2 Wc's sind auch praktisch. Die grosse Terasse mit Meerblick ist auch gut und man hat seine Ruhe dort. Gerne wieder!

Lovely Apartment

My husband, daughter and I had a lovely holiday in this apartment. It was spacious, very clean and had a fantastic view over the coast.The terrace space was good with plenty of chairs and numerous flowers in the wall making it private. The complex had a very nice swimming pool again with lovely views. There was a large area of grass going down to the sea and the apartments were decorated with many flowers making the complex attractive. The apartment is well situated being 15 minutes walk into Porto Cervo and the nearby Pevero beach is beautiful (approx 3 miles by road). What would have been useful was some information like how things worked in the flat and info about local places to eat, doctors, sights to see, etc. Also we did have a problem with handing the keys back. We would be very happy to stay here again.
