A stunning crew home for Rolex Swan race week in Porto Cervo. A haven from the tension of racing and the bustle of the marina. And the best view in Sardinia!

Nathalie's villa is beautiful and the views from the terrace are stunning. The pool is a great size and depth for families and looks out over the hills towards the sea.The villa is just outside of the area marked on the listing which, at first, had us worried but, actually, the slight isolation of the villa is one of its strongest attributes.Where there is aircon in the bedrooms (one bedroom had none) it works well and we had plenty of space to park three cars.If you look hard enough, there are high quality, good value restaurants nearby in Baja Sardinia but I would encourage going further afield for great food and good atmosphere. The roads to Olbia and to Santa Teresa Gallura are good and this villa is well connected once you make it down from the hill.I would happily recommend Nathalie's villa to families with children and hope to return in the next few years.

Amazing place . Exactly what we wanted . The place is amazing and position and view is card perfect , to toup an amazing infinity pool to enjoy when not at the beach .All you need is included we had no problems .Only minor issue is hard to get the bin man before the wild boars gets to the bin but is nature and Nathalie is trying hard to fix the issue .We had a fabulous holiday thankyou .

Pittoresk tradition style villa for nature lovers

A good location for nature lovers but also with shops, restaurants, beaches and tourist attractions very nearby. The house is old tradition style and not luxiourous, but very cosy and beautiful. The magnificent view and the pool makes you feel the direct closeness of the sea. The house has only stand alone fans and no umbrellas to shade the sun, during the heat wave a bit difficult to sleep but normal days a nice breeze kept the air fresh. We were there with our later teens/ grownup children and We were very happy with the week. The coast is lovely, One of our best vacations. Thank you!

We where really happy with my son to share our property with Anna, her friend and their grown up children. As Anna writes you are in the nature over the sea if you want calm and fresh air, and going down the hill in five minutes you are in social life with beaches, bars, restaurants, market places, even night clubs for all ages. Thank you Anna to appreciate these holidays as one of your best vacations. You where really good inspiring guests to us.

Très belle piscine grande avec une vue magnifique. L'appartement à part est très agréable. 4 chambres sont climatisées. L'hôtesse Nathalie est très gentille et répond rapidement. Cela a été un plaisir de la rencontrer et nous avons passé un super séjour au calme. L'eau n'est pas potable car la maison est isolée et reçoit de l'eau par camion, mais nous n'avons pas eu de soucis et Nathalie avait prévu plein de bouteilles d'eau pour se laver les dents. Sincèrement cela n'a pas du tout posé de problème, on lavait les fruits et légumes avec l'eau du robinet : pas d'inquiétude à avoir. Le cadre est super agréable et la maison est proche de Porto Cervo et de nombreuses plages. Un petit centre commercial est proche à 5mns en voiture avec quelques magasins dont une supérette.

Tout s'est très bien passé avec la famille de Sébastien qui a apprécié toutes les particularités de la propriété, respectant les règles sans que cela ne l'empêche de passer des bonnes vacances agréables dans un site protégé et calme. La villa est entourée de nombreuses propriétés, elles meme enfouies dans de grands jardins, ce qui assure la vie privée de chacun en toute sécurité. La vie mondaine est à 2 pas, permettant de passer sans difficultés du calme à la frénésie. Bienvenue à Sébastien et à sa famille

Maison de vacances parfaite. On s’y sent bien tout de suite. Quand on est sur la terrasse, on a du mal à quitter les lieux. La vue est magnifique à toute heure de la journée. Maison bien équipée, il manquait juste une grande table pour profiter des dîners dehors mais on s’est organisé pour faire les repas sur l’immense table basse. A l’écart de la foule, au calme. Avec des plages au calme à juste 3 km. Idéal pour la natation du matin.

Deux couples fort sympathiques, avec de jeunes enfants joyeux qui ont joué librement autour de la piscine, dans les rochers, avec des bâtons, des cailloux, sans craindre tous les petits animaux de la forêt . Ils ont laissé la maison impeccable 👌 🤗

Beautiful and cozy house with a stunning view

This a very cozy and comfortable place, where we felt like at home from the first day on. The house is beautiful, the ocean view is stunning and the pool gorgeous. We had a great time and enjoyed every single day. The host is super nice. Highly recommended.
