The apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, in the heart of the Eixample district, 400 metres from Passeig de Gràcia, La Pedrera, and Casa Batlló. It is very well connected by metro, train, and bus.

At Opening Doors, we are doing everything possible to provide a safe space for our guests. For this reason, before your arrival, we thoroughly clean the apartment and disinfect the most frequently touched surfaces. We will welcome you while maintaining social distancing and wearing a mask. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a residential building in Barcelona’s most vibrant area, home to a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, leisure activities, museums, and local markets.

It is a modern and comfortable apartment—bright and quiet—decorated with good taste and high-quality details.

It features a double bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Ideal for couples and families.

It has a full bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric kettle. It also has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The living room has a sofa where you can relax, watch TV, or listen to music.

We provide sheets, towels, soap, and shampoo. We have a cot available upon request.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a fabulous stay in Barcelona, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a TV.

It is a five-minute walk from the renovated Avenida Diagonal, where you’ll find restaurants and fashion shops. Rambla de Catalunya is 300 metres away—perfect for a stroll along the boulevard—and Paseo de Gracia is 400 metres away, the city’s high street where you’ll find La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, as well as major designer brands such as Louis Vuitton, D&G, Chanel, Emporio Armani, Burberry, and Cartier, among others.

Nearby is the Gracia area, where you can enjoy the authentic Catalan style: narrow streets, tapas bars, independent designers, and its squares—a typical gathering spot. The famous “Fiesta Mayor de Gracia” takes place over five days in August. Neighbors compete to decorate the streets. People work very hard throughout the year to put on this spectacular event. At night, the festivities come alive with stalls selling drinks and live music.

The area is perfect for those who want to be just steps away from everything, right in the heart of Barcelona.

Diagonal (green and blue metro lines) and Provença on the Ferrocarriles Catalanes line are the closest stops.

The local tourist tax is not included. It is €4.40 per adult (over 16) per day (with a maximum charge for 7 nights) and must be paid at check-in. The rate will increase to €5.50 starting in March 2023.

This apartment is located in a residential building. In accordance with community regulations, this apartment is suitable only for families and adults over 30 years of age.

According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid ID (DNI or passport) for traveller registration.

A €300 deposit is required via credit card upon arrival (not applicable to Airbnb reservations). The deposit will be refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the apartment.

The following charges may be deducted from the deposit: lost or unreturned key set, €100; stained (sun cream, makeup, shoe soles, discolored) or damaged bed linens or towels, €15 + VAT (21%) each; additional hour of extra cleaning due to the condition in which the apartment is left, €17 + VAT (21%).

Tourist tax not included: it must be paid at the rate applicable at the time of check-in. It applies per guest (aged 16 and older) and per night, with a maximum charge of seven nights. The current rate is €10.45 (the amount may change at any time in accordance with local regulations).

Late check-in fee: €30 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; €50 from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m
