CASA TAMARIT 2 BEDROOM

Newly renovated and fully serviced boutique apartment with french balcony, 2 double bedrooms and 1 complete bathroom. Professional 30 minutes daily cleaning included from Monday through Saturday. The apartment sleeps 4 people with 4 individual beds that can be put together to make king size double beds.



The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a homemade meal. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wi-fi and smart tv.



Located in a safe neighborhood in the Eixample district only minutes walking from the historic center, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the contempory art museum.



Parking and bus stop in front of the building and metro only two minutes away.

We were traveling as a family of four including two teenage boys. The moment we arrived, the property mgmt rep met us at the apartment. She showed us around the apartment and gave us plenty of recommendations for our stay. The location was perfect and we felt very safe. It was clean and spacious and we would totally stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable apartment just a minute from a subway station. Good restaurants and groceries nearby and across the street from the Sant Antoni market. Good communication with host who met us in person to welcome us and show us everything in the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

With regards to beds, we totally understand it's always a matter of taste for toughness/softness levels, but honestly do not think they need to be updated, all matresses were changed 3 years ago, so pretty new assuming that the useful live is average 10 years... The location was perfect; quiet and yet convenient to walk anywhere. The hosts were well organized and available to assist for whatever we needed. There was daily cleaning included which was fabulous. All the amenities were available; full oven, dishwasher, laundry in the apartment. It was a comfortable stay - we would definitely choose this apartment again. Thank you all!

Fine property for the price. Clean, enough bedroom and living space, but the bathroom is entirely too small. It needs to be updated as well. That was the really the only negative the block that the property sits on is not the prettiest, but it’s right in the middle of wonderful areas so it’s a trade-off. But it’s quiet, which is nice.

The apartment had everything we needed. It does need a little TLC, like new coffee maker. the front is broken. Other than that it was in a great area. Quit at night and walkable to some places. Host was always available and helpful.

Not sure we can't agree with this comments, honestly :( Fake plants are a matter of taste, we accept you didn't like it :) Water pressure is always high in the apartment, we never get complaints, so sorry if occasionally when you were there average pressure was lower maybe coming from the street? We also checked the kitchen equipment and not sure what you mean? ther's everything, from dishwasher to microvawe oven, Nespresso coffee maker, cpasules, tea, kettle, toaster, Britta jar, glasses, dishes, cuttlery, pans, pots, oil, vinegar, salt,peper, knives, cutting board, and so on (did you check all drawers?) The apartment was spacious and in a nice location. The washer in the apartment didn't work and we really needed it, and they suggested to go to a laundromat instead. We didn't have time to do that, but otherwise everything was fine.
