The apartment was clean and is well equipped. The size is pleasantly large, each room has its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The location on the wide and long beach very much met our expectations. My family and I enjoyed the stay very much.

What makes this property unique

Newly opened, our family holiday home is perfect in our view:
- wonderful location, situated right on the beach, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, golf, sports center
- large and comfortable, able to accomodate large families (up to 8 persons)
- is equipped with everything you need, just like your home

The duplex has everything you need in a home:
- fully equipped kitchen, incl plates and pots, cutlery, coffee-maker, toaster, blender, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, washing machine, dryer
- all kitchen necessities: salt, pepper, oil, sugar, etc
- barbecue grill on the terrace
- beach towels and beach chairs
- a very large collection of holiday books in English
- board games, TV, and a working fireplace for the rainy days
- hairdryers in all the bedrooms

WIFI available

Please note that electricity is expensive in Spain. The electric meter will be read at both arrival and departure and tenants will be asked for compensation if the use of electricity has been unreasonably high.

For the long stays (1 month+), the cost of electricity of 100 kw/month is included, and the excess consumption will be paid by the tenant separately.
