Welcome to "Au Vieux Figuier". This house can accommodate from 2 to 7 people.
It comprises on the ground floor:
- A kitchen open to the dining area in front of fireplace, beams and exposed stone. It opens to the west on the courtyard by a french window.
- A large living room (sofa, armchair, corner bed, furniture, satellite TV, WIFI) opens to the south on the terrace.
- A room overlooking garden and meadow with a bed (160) and a bathroom- shower, wc.
On the floor it has:
- a first bedroom with 1 double bed 140 and 1 single bed 90
- a 2nd bedroom with a 140 bed
- a shower room, toilet.

Its large south-facing terrace overlooking an immense meadow, will offer you a true space of relaxation. Garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue.
Parking in the enclosed courtyard shaded by an old fig tree, shed for bikes, boards etc ...

The town of Penmarch, located southwest of Bigouden country, is surrounded by the sea. From our house, located at the crossroads between the villages of the town, Bourg de Penmarch, Saint Guénolé, Saint Pierre and Kérity, you have direct access to hiking trails that lead to beaches, rocky coasts, small ports , shops, markets, and tourist sites: lighthouses, churches, chapels, museum of prehistory ...

Excellent location

A very nice house in quiet but good location with charming and helpful owners who live nearby. A superb week with the most glorious weather in a great location to explore the smaller fishing ports and to enjoy the wonderful local seafood. Merci beaucoup pour une expérience très bien !!

*1 very uncomplicated contact and Booking *2 very kind and accomodating hosts (Thanks M&M !!!) *3 the house with its large garden is absolutly as great and comfortable and in a quiet location as seen on the photos at the internet page *4 beautiful beaches in almost every direction, same for shopping, quickly accessible by car, bike or a walk *5 summing up : maximum recreational value. Absolutely highly recommended !

Charming House

A traditional Breton farmhouse on the Penmarc'h peninsula, ideally located for exploring this beautiful area and within 20 minutes walk of lovely beaches and the famous Eckmuhl lighthouse. Very quiet and peaceful situation, at the end of a track, which may not suit those who want to be in a village/town setting. Ideal for two couples, with an ensuite bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms above.

Maison joliment rénovée avec un grand jardin très bien entretenu et une belle vue sur la nature. La location est calme si vous ne venez pas en Juin pendant la période du festival „GOD SAVE THE KOUIGN“. Nous n‘avons pas pu dormir une nuit. Nous ne savions pas qu‘il y avait du bruit à cette période là.Les propriétaires exigent de ne pas mettre les poubelles dans les conteneurs extérieurs prévus pour les poubelles car elles sont ramassées tous les 15 jours en Juin (hors période estivale). Nous aurions dû les apporter avec nous pour les jeter autre part (prix de la location par semaine beaucoup trop élevé). La salle de bain pour la chambre des parents est à améliorer: Pas de protection d’un côté de la douche si bien que l‘eau de la douche coule en partie vers les toilettes!. Ce n‘est pas ce que l‘on attend dans cette catégorie de location!.

Je vous remercie de votre charmante appréciation pour laquelle je vous prie de trouver ces quelques éléments de réponse. - En ce qui concerne le bruit lointain émanant du Festival de musique annuel, il s'est arrêté à 2 h de la nuit le samedi et à minuit le dimanche pour respecter l'autorisation spéciale délivrée par la commune pour la circonstance. - En ce qui concerne les poubelles, en effet, elles ne sont collectées que toutes les 2 semaines en dehors des 2 mois d'été. Cette collecte n'ayant pas lieu pendant votre semaine de séjour, Je vous avais demandé de bien vouloir vous débarrasser de vos poubelles dans les containers prévus à cet effet dans la commune (lieux précisés dans le livre d'accueil de la maison). C'était un conseil qui émanait du bon sens vu la chaleur et vous étiez 5 adultes pour le faire! Sachez qu'il n'appartient nullement aux loueurs de maisons de vacances de vider les poubelles de leurs locataires, mais bien à eux mêmes de le faire. Nous mettons à disposition des poubelles vides et propres. La moindre décence est de les rendre dans le même état en fin de séjour. Par ailleurs je vous informe que vous dépassez vos droits en émettant un quelconque avis sur les tarifs de location pratiqués. Je vous rappelle enfin, comme vous avez pu le voir sur notre annonce, que notre maison est classée "Meublé de Tourisme" 3 étoiles par l'Office de Tourisme du Finistère depuis plusieurs années, classement revu en 2024.

Wir -zwei aktive Paare Anfang 60 - haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind ein älteres, aber rüstiges und sehr freundliches Paar aus dem Nachbarort. Die Dame spricht sogar gut Deutsch, die Verständigung war überhaupt kein Problem. Der Empfang war herzlich.Das Haus ist groß, schön eingerichtet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Schöne große Terrasse nach Süden und unverbauter Blick in den riesigen Garten. Große private Parkplätze am Haus und sogar ein Unterstand für unsere Fahrräder. Mit denen ist man bequem in 10 Minuten in dem kleinen Ort Kerit, (wo es Bars, Restaurants und Bäcker gibt). Oder in die andere Richtung an einem großen, wunderschönen Strand, wo es mehrere Bars, Restaurants und Surfbrettverleih gibt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in 10 Minuten einen Carrefour Supermarkt (mit Tankstelle), der kaum Wünsche offen lässt und auch eine super Theke für Fleisch und französische Spezialitäten hat. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet, alles funktionierte problemlos. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarort, sind jederzeit erreichbar und kümmern sich sofort bei Problemen. Ein undichter Wasserhahn im Bad, den wir meldeten, wurde sofort getauscht. Der Wasserdruck in den Duschen ist hoch und immer für alle auch gleichzeitig heißes Wasser vorhanden. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer. Das im EG mit eigenem Duschbad hat das breiteste Doppelbett 160, die Betten in den zwei grossen Zimmern im OG sind ca. 140 cm breit. Sie teilen sich ein kleines, helles Duschbad mit Dachfenster.

Eine Oase der Ruhe! Ein gigantischer Garten, absolut ruhige Lage, trotz der Nähe zu Stränden, Phare d‘Eckmühl, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, ja liebenswert: Sie haben unseren Kindern auch noch ein Geschenk gemacht, und unser verdrecktes Auto gewaschen! Top! Penmarch ist auch in der Hochsaison recht ruhig, es gibt haufenweise Traumstrände in der Nähe (10 Minuten Autofahrt). Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Ehepaar Bono empfangen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Haus und Grundstück sind wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Strand ist in 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Lage des Objektes ist ideal für Abstecher sowohl Richtung Norden als auch an die südliche Küste.

Das idyllisch in herrlich ruhiger Ortsrandlage auf einem grossen Gartengrundstück befindliche Ferienhaus von Familie Bono ist hell und freundlich, sehr gepflegt und top ausgestattet Durch die Lage am Rande von Feldern und Grün ist es eine wahre Oase der Ruhe. Die klare und saubere Meerluft lässt sich hier spüren. Wir wurden von Familie Bono sehr freundlich empfangen . Die touristischen Ziele und die schönsten Strände der Region sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Entspannen ... wie Gott in Frankreich

Dieses wunderschöne Haus, die reizenden Gastgeber und nicht zuletzt das ausgesprochen gastfreundliche Wetter haben unseren Aufenthalt in Penmarc'h für uns zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis werden lassen. Ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde an dem man die Seele baumeln lasse und es sich richtig gut gehen lasse kann.

Entspannung pur

Das Ehepaar Bono hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und sich um uns gekümmert. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Bretagne. Von diesem Ort aus, ließen sich wunderbare Ausflüge in kurzer Zeit unternehmen. Als Familie hatten wir mit den 3 Schlafzimmern genügend Platz in dem Haus und im Garten konnte man sich sonnen, grillen, ausruhen, essen, Fußball spielen, Frisbee werfen und viele weitere Dinge... Wir hatten einen tollen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt.

Idealer Ort zum abschalten und erholen.

Sehr schönes, renoviertes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus auf einem sehr großen Grundstück mit freiem Blick in die Natur. Die Einrichtung im typisch bretonischen Stil ist sehr geschmackvoll und bietet guten Komfort. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Sehr erholsames Fleckchen Erde

Wir haben 14 Tage Urlaub im Haus von Michelle und Michel Bono gemacht . Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Problem im Bad und dieses wurde binnen kürzester Zeit behoben. Tipps für Restaurants oder Einkäufe haben wir ebenfalls erhalten . Hervorzuheben sind der wunderschöne große Garten und die absolute Ruhe. Wir hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten den Garten sehr genießen und unsere Mahlzeiten draußen einnehmen. Alles Gute für die Vermieter .

Propriétaires désagréables.

Accueillis par « Vous ne vous rendez pas compte du travail que c’est de louer ». Sentiment d’être espionnés toute la semaine (ils viennent jardiner). Maison humide et sans sèche linge, wifi très faible. En fin de séjour impossible de laisser les ordures dans la poubelle (le ramassage est en milieu de semaine). On a du les prendre sur nos genoux dans la voiture pour les déposer en ville !! Location À FUIR Visité en août 2023

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Der große Garten ist sehr schön angelegt, wir konnten uns super entspannen und die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum spielen. Strände, Häfen, Restaurants, Bäcker etc. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt bald mal wieder, eine Woche ist einfach zu kurz. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem sehr gepflegten und toll ausgestatteten Haus verbracht, das ideal für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern ist. Das Grundstück ist riesig und ruhig gelegen. Die verschiedenen Strände in der Umgebung sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen - dazu mit Michelle und Michel ein großartiges Vermieterehepaar, das für alles sorgt - was will man mehr? Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Haus mit Stil und Atmosphäre

Wir verlebten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Penmarch, Bretagne. Das Haus der Bonos hat viel Stil und eine bezaubernde Atmosphäre, die französische Lebensart ausdrückt. Die Bonos sind sehr nette Gastgeber, stets hilfsbereit, geben viele gute Tipps und Hinweise, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Insgesamt: sehr gut.

Erholung pur

Wir haben in diesem schönen, alten Ferienhaus zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Besonders der große Garten hat zu unseren Erholung und Entspannung beigetragen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Bäcker, Restaurants sowie der Strand bzw. Hafen sind mit dem Fahrrad (wir hatten unsere eigenen Fahrräder dabei) sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

Une maison de charme pour se ressourcer

Belle maison très bien située avec plages et commerces disponibles à proximité en prenant les pistes cyclables environnantes. Equipements de qualité. Nos hôtes nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous ont donné de très bons conseils pour visiter la région. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cette belle demeure ancienne décorée avec beaucoup de goût.

wundervoller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus mit netten Vermietern

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit viel Platz. Das Haus war liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der riesige Garten war ein Paradies für die Kinder und wir konnten bestens entspannen. Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants waren in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind super nett, haben uns herzlich mit Cidre und Crepés empfangen und sogar zwischendurch für uns gebacken. Alles in allem, war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub für den wir uns auf diesem Wege nochmals bedanken möchten! Olga & Alex
