Stay in Paradise

This was, without a doubt, the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the home itself was impeccably maintained, well-stocked, and ideally located in a quiet, peaceful area. We ended up spending most of our time in Búzios simply relaxing at the house—it was that amazing. The host was responsive and easy to work with, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. The house staff was also kind, professional, and went above and beyond—even helping us get our luggage to the bus station when our Uber couldn’t fit everything. We truly can’t wait to return. This property is a standout, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing property. We had stayed at the Pousada across the street many times and were very familiar with the location (we were ready for the steep hill to the beach which was not a problem at all) but when you opened the gates it was a quiet oasis after a long day. Rooms were spacious and very clean (Marcia the housekeeper was amazing) and the pictures made it very clear the quality of the house. Owner communicated well during our stay. All my 4 kids (age 8-17 yo) and my wife felt it was a wonderful place to stay and we had no problems for our 4 day visit. View is unbeatable. If we make it back to Buzios we are definitely staying here again. (10/10)

Absolutely perfect!!!

Well I must say that the pictures online do not do this property justice. Everything was better than the pictures. We were so surprised at the quality of this property. Probably one of the best views in Buzios. It is a bit too far to walk to Rua das Pedras but Uber is inexpensive and readily available. The owner of the property is wonderful. Great communication before, during and after our stay. Marcia and Joao that live on property are some of the best people you will ever meet. We have stayed at many places around the world and we honestly feel this is the absolute best place we have ever stayed. Can hardly wait to return.

amazing location/Fully loaded villa

Bart's villa is stunning. the pictures do not do it justice. spread out over 3 levels. with breathtaking views. master on top floor, 2 bedroom suite on main floor and gigantic 2 queen bed suite on lower pool level, all with 6 bathrooms makes spreading out and having some privacy easy. the pool kitchen area, the games room for rainy days, and the incredible staff Marcia and Joao complete this vacation home. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. in a desirable location walking distance to beaches at the very end of Buzios. couldn't ask for more. wonderful holiday had by all. Did i mention the views?
