Wonderful Beach House

My family and I stayed here for 7 wonderful days. The checkin process was seemless and the owners made everything so easy. The property is amazing with two wonderful decks to enjoy a meal or an evening drink. Great location and plenty of parking around. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Palermo.

Quick Stay by the Beach

We stayed here for a wedding in Palermo and it worked great! The host was very communicative and helpful. We liked having a store on the next block and the beach club right down the street. If you have kids, you'll need to get to Mondello for them to easily get in the water though.

Wonderful Flat

We had such a lovely stay at this villa! Rosalia was always quick to respond to my messages and was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. We came with our two girls, 2 and 4 years old, and it was a perfect location with quick and easy access to the beach and to Mondello. They were also so accommodating and even had a crib for our baby! The deck on top was so amazing to hangout with amazing views of the mountains and the ocean; our girls loved the space to run around and play too! We had the best time, thank you for everything.

Eine Woche Mondello

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem modern eingerichteten und sehr sauberen Apartment. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist schön und der Weg dahin nur 2 Minuten um schnell mal ins Wasser zu springen. Durch die Klimaanlage lässt es sich auch nachts gut schlafen. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist zwar hörbar, aber nicht wirklich störend. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auch dank der netten und hilfsbereiten Kommunikation der Besitzer. Vielen Dank.

Stay Here!!!

Family of 4 stayed in July 2022. I was a little worried since there wasn't a ton of reviews, but very happy we stayed here and Rosalie had great communication with us. I would definitely stay here again. Our flight into Palermo was delayed, and Rosalie and her husband were fine checking us in at about 930pm. She even had a plate of Sicilian snacks for us, fruit, and bottled water which was awesome after a long day of travel. The pictures are accurate but it looks even better in person. Kitchen is well stocked even with an espresso machine. We did laundry a few times and dried our clothes on the porch. The rooftop is huge and a great place to eat or have a glass of wine. There is a rock beach across the street, and the sandy Mondello Beach is about a 15min walk down the road. There are several beach clubs within walking distance as well. There is a market and a few restaurants within a 5min walk, and several more restaurants by Mondello Beach. We did run too many electrical items at once one day and they came over within about 15 minutes to show us how to flip the circuit breaker. There was also a lot of barking dogs in the area that got a lil annoying at 5am... Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again if coming to the area.
