The cottages are located in one of the most prestigious streets in the area, surrounded by stunning early eighteenth century architecture, with two houses boasting blue plaques. There is no through traffic making the street very quiet.

Garden Cottage has a comfortable interior with an open plan sitting room and dining room, with double doubles out to the garden. Separate kitchen, which is fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and duel fuel cooker. Compact bathroom is fully tiled with both a hand shower and a proper shower over the bath. Two bedrooms, the larger has a Silentnight double divan, the smaller bedroom has two full length 2ft 6” divan beds. There is a lovely secluded garden accessed from the dining room.
