Home near Waco, Texas with quick access to Interstate 35, which makes for short trips to Baylor University, Magnolias Silos, Lake Waco, downtown Waco, and other sites in the Waco area. Walmart is located approximately 2 miles from the house.

The home is fully equipped with all of the conveniences necessary to make your visit to Waco as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The 2400 ft2 house has 3-bedrooms (1 king-sized bed, and 2 queen-sized beds) and 2-full baths in the main house. There is a detached Private King Suite with a mini fridge, microwave and bathroom, just a few steps from the back door. The house has high-speed internet so you can stay connected to your home or work. TVs are provided in each of the bedrooms to enjoy, and the family room has a sectional with a 70” TV with surround sound to enjoy your favorite shows.The dining room has a table that comfortably sits 8 adults. The kitchen also has a table that seats 4. There are extra folding chairs in the coat closet as well.
The living room has a desk with a large screen monitor that provide a great work area. A pack-n-play and several blowup mattresses are also provided for up to 2 extra guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO while visiting Baylor University for a campus tour with our son. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The location was perfect — about 12 miles from campus during a traffic-free drive. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after busy days. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, and the host was excellent with communication. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This is a wonderful house. It had everything we needed. Quick easy drive to Baylor University. Was great to have somewhere to go after graduation and just hang out. Owners responded to all my questions extremely fast.

My husband and I currently live in Utah. My husband is originally from Idaho Falls, and I was born in Kanab, but lived in SLC and South Carolina.

Why they chose this property

We have 3 daughters who live in Texas. Two live in Dallas, 1 in Waco, and we had a son in Austin. He moved to San Diego, but before he did, we decided it would be fun to have a home in Waco so that it was in between all of them.
We love Waco and hope to live there one day.

What makes this property unique

We love the character of the home. We love the new Private King Bed Suite that we set up in the room by the garage in the back. We also spent several days putting up the swing set. we also loved the extra family room by the kitchen. We had fun remodeling that to make it a nice space.
