4-person gite between Quimper and Locronan

House very quiet, bright, spacious (50 sqm living space) Country and relaxing. Housing converted into a cottage in 2018. Neat decoration.
Location: in Plogonnec (all amenities). 10 minutes from Quimper, 8 minutes from Locronan, 10 minutes from Kervel beach
On the ground floor: large living room (34 M²) with kitchen (flat screen TV, DVD player, oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster ..)
Shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine.

On the floor: Bedding of very good comfort. A room with a bed of 140 X 200, a bed of 90 X 190, a bed for baby.
Outside: Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. large unfenced garden.
No pets allowed.
No smoking

La campagne bretonne

Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Gîte assez bien équipé, le lave vaisselle indiqué dans l’annonce n’existe pas en réalité. Proche de Quimper. Environnement désagréable avec un élevage de porcs dont l’odeur empêche l’utilisation de la terrasse et surtout empêche l’ouverture des fenêtres (odeur insupportable et présence de nombreuses mouches)

Ruhige Ferienwohnung auf dem Land

Wir konnten mit dem Auto viele schöne Ausflüge in der Umgebung unternehmen. Das Haus war zweckmässig ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend, die Begrüssung mit bretonischen Spezialitäten war eine sehr schöne und herzliche Überraschung.
