Prime location for this 60 m2 house completely renovated in 2023, offering a large south-facing terrace and a garden.
Ideally located for lovers of beach, water sports, hiking or cycling, it is located 70m from the Letty beach in Bénodet.
The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
entrance leading to a living room with sofa bed (140 cm)
Equipped kitchen with table and 4 chairs
FLOOR:
Bedroom with a 160cm bed
Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine
Separate WC.
Other remarks:

Private parking for 2 spaces
Bike room
Garden furniture
Equipped with duvets and pillows
Linen provided.

The accommodation must be left clean and the bins deposited in the container provided for this purpose.
An uncashed deposit check of 1000€ will be given on arrival.
