Comfortable apartment opposite one of the most beautiful sandy beaches. "Playa Muchavista", located on a last 5th floor. Take full advantage of a stay with your feet in the water and in a relaxing place. Sea views can be enjoyed from every room. On the corner terrace surrounding the apartment you can enjoy a spectacular sunrise. The rear terrace of the apartment will allow you to prepare a barbecue or relax in complete privacy and sea view. There you will find a variety of restaurants and bars on the same street where you can have an aperitif and eat as well as take a stroll on the seawall which extends to Playa San Juan 7 km, ideal for jogging enthusiasts.
The hotel is 12 km from the town hall square and 13 km from the Museum of Contemporary Art. Alicante Airport is 28 km away. Public transport very close: bus, tram and Trenet (stop Façade ticket price 1.5 Euro) a few steps to take you directly to the heart of Alicante in just 15 min or to visit many villages and towns of the “ Costa Blanca ”. The center of El Campello is a few hundred meters away. There you will find many supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl), pharmacies, banks, shops, restaurants, tapas bars and also the “Lonja” market where you can buy fish directly taken from the sea. Several shopping centers not too far. Campello has more than 250 days of sunshine a year and an average annual temperature of 19 ° C.

We had a lovely holiday for 4 weeks in January. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. The roof terrace is a great asset though the weather in January was too cool at times to make full use of it. The balcony and views from the apartment are beautiful with sea views from sunrise to sunset. We especially appreciated the shopping trolley which we used regularly to get our shopping from the supermarket and the umbrella which was very useful on the the only day when we had heavy rain.The apartment is very convenient for public transport with the El Campello to Alicante bus stopping very close-by and the tram station just behind the property. In summary we loved this apartment and hope to be lucky enough to stay there again. Communication with our host was excellent

This place was perfect. Just the right size for 2 people or a family of 4. The apartment was clean with very cute decor. The view is breath taking from the balcony. A couple nice non-touristic small local places to eat on the street below. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Fabulous Winter Sunshine Break

Our first trip to this part of mainland Spain and one we will be repeating. Met at the property by Ester who gave us a clear run through of the apartment and fixtures and fittings. She provided contact details in case of any issues (there weren’t) and the owner Agustin also made contact during the stay. The property has brilliant views of the sunrise over the Mediterranean right across from the balcony

Wonderful location

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and as described - absolutely beautiful. Agustin was a very helpful host and answered all queries without delay. The only comment for our month-long stay was that more dishes and pans were needed in the kitchen and also some extra tea towels and dish cloths would have been good. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others. Many thanks, PJ & Claire

Arrived allowed in early lift to 4 floor then 5 steps to top which as 2 apartments but you have own private terrace Lovely views peaceful felt safe while time as many apt were residents. Lovely cool breeze blows thru apt in fact all you can hear is sea. Spent most of time outdoors sat in little area off bedroom on am watching sunrise 🌄 Near odd Restaurants shark cafe and oasis lounge next door but loved Italian la vela 2 mins walk from apt. But walk 15 stroll on flat to el campello seafront varied restaurants although one English bar Bernie’s. Easy instructions from airport catch C6 bus to Alicante then pick up tram all for about £7 Owner was end of phone but no issues. Will return

Perfect Stay

The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing....it's gorgeous. I had a couple of reservations before going which was no Aircon and noise from the trams. If you have the same concerns don't worry. The apartment is cool as it is in the afternoon shade and has large ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the lounge. If you want to sunbathe without going to the beach, the garden area has sun all day. It also has a BBQ provided which made a nice change to eating out. You don't notice the trams after the first day and it's a huge bonus to have a station a couple of minutes walk from the property. Overall it's a fabulous property in a great location. Plenty of restaurants at hand, a couple of metres from the beach, easy access to the trams and beautiful views from all rooms. If you want to spoil yourself with a break in the Alicante region, I can't think of anywhere better to stay. We will certainly be looking at a return visit and that is probably the best recommendation I can make.

Appartement très agréable en front de mer, avec terrasses avant et arrière. Proche des magasins.

Nous avons séjourné un mois et profite du soleil de janvier pour faire de belles randonnées pédestres le long de la mer mais aussi dans le très bel arrière-pays.

Wonderful balcony stunning views excellent transport links bus and tram no need for car flat cosy. TV access to Netflix with your password. Only one comment hence the 4 stars early morning tram noise to the rear and road noise to the front otherwise perfect. Return visit yes.

Bon séjour

Appartement bien situé, belle vue sur mer Bien équipé, matériel de plage Seul bémol, pas de climatisation, donc très chaud l'été, assez bruyant à cause de la route pas loin donc difficile de laisser ouvert la nuit. Heureusement des ventilateurs sont à disposition Accueil super par Augustin et son épouse.

Como estar dentro del mar

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable en la misma orilla del mar. Cercano a servicios, restaurantes y a un paso de Campello. Los anfitriones súper amables y dispuestos a colaborar en todo si fuese necesario. Recomiendo el alojamiento sin ninguna duda.
