Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this house. We had a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to St. Armand’s circle. We loved the little private backyard and all the kitchen & beach accessories you would need. Loved our stay here!

Lido key gem

We loved staying at this Lido Key cottage. We had plenty of room to spread out and it was very well stocked with just about anything you might need with the exception of a wagon for carting things to and from the beach. We especially loved spending time in the sunroom! The location was perfect and we will definitely stay again!

The property was excellent in all respects and actually exceeded expectations. An easy walk to the beach and within walking distance to St. Armands Circle. The Property Manager was very personable and accommodating as well!

Perfect home for laid back beach getaway

The house on Lido Key was absolutely perfect. Everything is just as pictured, and you have all you could need in the house. Lido beach is just down the street, and you can walk to St Armand circle. You’re also a short drive from many other cute beach communities with great beaches, and only an hour from Tampa. Would definitely recommend!

Lido Beach home

We loved this home! It was clean and comfortable. Lots of places to sit and relax. Loved the backyard! We had kids with us and it was perfect for them to play(glad there was no pool). The location was perfect- a short walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to St Armand’s circle and a 10 minute drive to downtown Sarasota. It was a lovely home- we’ll come back!

Wonderful place to stay in Lido Key! Property was fully stocked with all the essentials for a great family vacation. Short walking distance to the beautiful beach and public pool/grill area. Beach cart, toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. all there to make your life easier. My kids loved playing in the fenced in backyard area. Nice tall palms for privacy. We really enjoyed this place. Would recommend!

Fantastic location, well equipped for a relaxing day/dinner at home, trip to the beach (towels/chairs/umbrellas) and lots to do that is easily accessible. Sun room/back yard are fantastic features that we all enjoyed. Clean, quiet, as described. We loved this place and would definitely come back!

Loved everything about our stay

The house was great for us. Abundance of kitchen supplies, and utensils, Kleenex in nearly every room, more than enough toilet paper for the three of us, and beach chairs. The sun room was great for relaxing and spreading out. We wanted to return but sadly next year is already booked!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. They have every need supply for a wonderful beach vacation! The house was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Usually the hosts don’t have enough garbage bags etc but that wasn’t the case! We stayed for 4 nights and would come back in a heartbeat!

We had the best time on our trip to Lido. This little house was perfect for our family. We flew to Florida so we couldn’t bring all our beach stuff. But no worries because everything we needed: pack snd play, towels, toys, chairs, etc we’re there waiting for us. Also, we enjoyed fresh mangos for breakfast from the mango tree in the back yard!!

My wife and I have been looking for some time for vacation/retirement home and found the perfect getaway. We were thrilled with location close to beach and shops yet a quiet neighborhood. Walking and bike friendly paths throughout Lido Key.
Have traveled extensively throughout south and various Caribbean Islands but the home has a relaxing feel and meets all of our needs and hopefully all of yours.

Why they chose this property

We had been looking for some time and seen lots of properties and various beach locations. When we came to Lido Key and St. Armands Circle we fell in love with the area and all it had to offer. With Sarasota city only 3 miles away it gave access to additional shops, restaurants recreation and cultural events only 5-10 minutes away."

What makes this property unique

When we first saw the home, walked the beach and then to St,. Armand's Circle we felt that we had found our place. We knew as soon as we walked in this was right for us.
