2 bedroom apartment 50 meters from the beach

Fully equipped 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. It is located 50 metres from the beach, in the town centre, next to the boardwalk, City Hall, and a variety of amenities (pharmacy, bank, market, restaurants, etc.). It includes a parking space in the municipal car park (secure), adjacent to the building and located in the Town Hall square.

Although the building is old (built in the 1970s) and the overall condition is far from that of a luxury home, the apartment’s location and the amenities it offers provide all the comforts needed to enjoy a wonderful beach holiday in the cosy, seaside town of Garrucha.

All the furniture, appliances, and general furnishings in the apartment are less than a year old.
