This property is tastefully decorated throughout and is light and airy with a large outside space. The bedrooms are located on the lower floor, with main living accommodation on the first floor leading out to a large deck, the upstairs has a dog door that also leads out onto the deck. Dogs are permitted on request.
With excellent public transport to all local venues including the Jurassic Coast, this is a great base on which to stay and explore the Dorset coastline and countryside.

Overall nice Apartment with an extremely friendly host.
Two-story Apartment:
Ground floor: bedrooms, bathrooms, storage room
Upper floor: big living room, kitchen, eating table, huge balcony with second table.
Ground-floor roomsizes are a little odd, as one bedroom is just little large than the bed contained while the other is three times that size, but i understand that it was not possible any other way while still giving both rooms access to a window.
Good parking place just in front of the door, had that one for ourselves during most of the stay.
Located basically next to the Boscombe towncentre, shopping and eating is easily accessible, and it took just a few minutes walking to the beach.
Hint: the further east you walk on the beach, the lesser crowded it gets, we liked it more near or in the dog-allowed beach zone.

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Didn't even go inside!
We booked to stay for 10 nights . We were attracted by the photographs and the description of the inside , it certainly seemed to our taste. Unfortunately when we arrived we were in for a big shock,never went inside and sacrificed the full amount we paid.
We did not know the area and as we drove past the shops parallel to the lane where the warehouse is located we were shocked. We turned into the lane which runs at the back of the shops and found the property , we did not feel safe and as the bedrooms were located on the ground floor we would not have been able to sleep at night.Especially after we googled the name of the lane and discovered it had a history.
We did not enter the accommodation and we realised the location was not for us.
The photos of the warehouse look wonderful and I am sure the accommodation is of a high standard.(We have given 3 stars for cleanliness to complete this review but it may be worth 5 we can not comment as did not go inside).
The amount paid was a lot to lose and the lesson for us is to research the area next time!

Unfortunately this prospective guest was a pain from start to finish. This property has been rented for several years without ever having an issue. However this particular guest contacted me several times including on the phone prior to their visit asking for us to Include other services that weren't included, We offered him solutions to his request which he decided not to take up. My gut feeling was I was going to have an issue and I was absolutely correct.
The only reason this person ended up having to pay in full was not because he forfeited the money as he asked HomeAway for a full refund. Once I had explained all the conversations and situation between myself and the guests HomeAway found in my favour and paid the full reservation money to us.
I can only comment on my experience but it wasn't a good one dealing with this person.
The warehouse is as you would expect a warehouse 10 minutes walk to the beach two minutes walk to the shops so it's in the centre of everything.
This is the second time we have stayed. Spotless, spacious, and the owner happy to quickly assist with requests for assistance. A walk to the beach and shops, and all the creature comforts provided for.

Beach 10 min walk but steep up hill walk on the way back so not suitable for older aged people. 2 mins from Boscombe shopping area. Iceland next door . Restaurants nearby.
Apartment on a narrow one way road, so difficult to find at first and apartment itself is not visible as it is not facing road, but has parking so very practical once found. We were very comfortable.
