This little house was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our pup! Stayed here for 9 days during Easter Jeep Safari and it was absolutely perfect! The location was perfect for everything from shopping, food and all the EJS action!! The house was clean and comfortable and the completely fenced in yard was perfect for our fur baby! 10 out of 10! Can’t wait till next year!
Very well maintained Home in great location. Literally minutes from anything you want to do. I am actually going to stay here again at the end of April, it was a great place.
This adorable tiny home was stop 3 on our 10 day hiking trip. Such a cute place, the welcome cookies were a delicious surprise. I needed to contact the hosts prior to the trip and I got a response very quickly. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
This tiny park model home was perfect for 2 of us. It was clean with everything that we needed to have a great stay. We were only 10 minutes from Arches National Park. From Arches, we drove to Canyonlands. The location of the home can't be beat. I will recommend this property to all of my friends and anyone who tells me that they are going to Moab.

Perfect location and property
Location is great. Just enough off the main road to avoid the noise but, close enough to be anywhere in less than 10 minutes. The house is clean and neat as a pin. The bed was very comfy and we loved the smart storage all over that allowed us to unpack without stepping over our stuff. Loved the little yard and bbq grill.
The location is perfect, not too close nor too far from Zion and other points of interest! So relaxing with all the bells and whistles we were looking for. Sharon was great to work with and the process from reservation to check out so easy!
Only regret is we did not invite others to enjoy with us but then again we enjoyed just having time to ourselves.
Our overall stay was good. The home is tiny but clean. It was a convenient location. We had no where to put our luggage besides the dining/living room. Two people max in this trailer would be recommended.
Edge is a gem. The Tiny Houses are the way to go when you come here. This place is off the main roadway so you don’t have the constant traffic noise and the houses are furnished with all the basics you need to explore the area. When we come back to Moab we will definitely stay here again!
PS: The cookies are phenomenal!
Great value in the Moab area. We love having separate living and sleeping quarters with a kitchen for cooking simple meals. The site has quite a few mature trees for some shade. The onsite laundry was great - well maintained and very clean. The reason I marked listing accuracy down was because the VRBO website locator does not mark the units on the map correctly. The higher numbered units front to a busy street, while the lowered numbered units are back on a private drive. We would definitely stay again!
Clean. Well kept. Everything as described. Perfect place to stay after long, awesome days of hiking and overlanding. Only 2 of us and we had planets of room!
This was a perfect little house stay while we were in MOAB. Big enough for the two of us and we’ll equipped. Clean and neat. Far enough away from the noisiest streets but close enough to get to where we wanted to go. Would stay here again.
Thank you for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed our stay, and found the little house very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again and we would recommend it to others. It had all the basic needs and we enjoyed our little private oasis when we got back from touring the parks. They have the best cookies!
We loved this house! It was extremely clean, bed was very comfortable and all the basic cooking utensils were available. The neighborhood was very quiet and located outside the heart of downtown Moab which we liked, but sill an easy drive to restaurants.. Also, an easy drive to the entrance of Arches National Park. We enjoyed our stay!
The place was just as advertised. Host were especially nice and accommodating. Just one observation. The tiny house needs a bigger toilet! Not very suitable for larger folks.
Very clean “tiny home” outside of busy downtown Moab. The welcoming cookies were delicious. It had all the necessary amenities. having an on-site laundry was a bonus as we had been on the road for a couple of weeks. The Village Market carries wonderful meats and produce. We grilled out two of the three nights. We were close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Definitely recommend it for a couple during your stay in Moab.
