Beach and lagoon access in 3 min. on foot, nearby shops (bakery, supermarket, shops ...) as well as fun and sporting activities (equestrian center, swimming pool, tennis, trampoline, fitness, bicycle rental, within 300m). Fairground and crafts every Sunday morning.
In a residence with secure indoor parking. Off busy street.
