T2 40m2 in a quiet subdivision, with parking and independent entrance, 300m from the beach in the lagoon and 800m from one of the beautiful beaches in the west with snack restaurant cafe .... Close to bus stops, a bakery, a vegetable seller and a pizzeria, this accommodation is also at the center of tourist and sports activities in the west: whale watching, boat trips, big game fishing, kitesurf, canoe kayak, paddle, diving, paragliding, canyoning or simply swimming, lagoon garden in fins, snorkel mask…. Stella museum, Kélonia turtle farm, Mascareignes botanical garden, Eden park, all these sites are 5 minutes from the accommodation.

The apartment on the ground floor is composed of a fully fenced outdoor area of 30m2, green and furnished with an outdoor shower, table, chairs, parasol, deckchair, barbecue, drying rack, light fixture ...

The entrance is through the living room, equipped with a cooling fan and a convertible sofa.
In the kitchen, very well equipped, it is possible to eat.
A small corridor leads to the bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet, two sinks and washing machine and the air-conditioned bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair, bedside table and reading lamp.

All completely renovated in 2014.

Logement fidèle à l'annonce, idéalement situé pour visiter toute l'île. Très bon accueil par Mme Simoneau (encore désolés pour notre retard à l'arrivée suite problème réception message). Nous gardons cette adresse pour famille et amis.

Super sejour

Nous avons passé 3 semaines superbes dans ce logement situé à la Saline les bains. Il était exactement comme dans la description. Charmant, très bien situé à proximité de la plage, très propre. Il ne manquait vraiment rien et madame Simouneau a été une hôte vraiment charmante et disponible. Je précise que nous avions tout réglé à ABRITEL avant notre départ comme celà était prévu, et nous n'avons eu aucun échange d'argent avec Mme Simouneau. Nous avons pris soin du logement que nous avions trouvé nickel et nous l'avons rendu propre. Le gros ménage et l'entretien des draps, des serviettes... étant prévu dans les frais de ménage. Merci encore a Mme Simouneau nous conseillons cette location et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Logement très agréable et bien placé

La maisonnette a tout ce qu'il faut. Adorable jardin. Bien placé, pas loin du magnifique lagon. La propriétaire nous a laissé prendre possession des lieux à midi :). DOMMAGE que le jour du départ, au moment de 'l'état des lieux", la propriétaire était mécontente car nous n'avions pas fait le ménage !!!!!! Nous avons rendu la location propre mais sans avoir fait le ménage, car IL EST INDIQUE 45 EUROS DE FRAIS DE NETTOYAGE dans la facture. Et bien ,d'après elle, c'est abritel qui a indiqué ce libellé, qui ne correspond pas à des frais de ménage !!!!!!!!!! CHERCHER L'ERREUR :(:( Je ne voulais pas le mentionner, mais devant ce "malentendu", il me semble important de préciser qu'elle a demandé le solde du paiement avant la date butoir du contrat. s
