LOU MAS SOUBRAN VI2083 by RIVIERA HOLIDAY HOMES

Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Nice, this 350 square metre villa is located in a private estate, in the peaceful hills of Nice and can accommodate 10 people.

Weekly cleaning service, garden and pool maintenance, privacy, tranquility and assistance. For any stay of 2 weeks, a 3-hour cleaning service will be provided between the 2 weeks (included in the rental at no extra cost).



This villa has 5 bedrooms, including 1 with a King size bed (180 cm), a large bathroom, dressing room, and toilet.

3 bedrooms have a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom and a separate toilet. The last bedroom has a Queen size bed.



Large entrance hall, guest toilet, large living room with lounge area, fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Access to terraces from all rooms. Outdoor dining area, barbecue.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: microwave, oven, American fridge, electric hobs, grill, dishwasher. Washing machine, tumble dryer, 3 flat screen TVs, DVD and HiFi, internet access (wifi) and international TV channels. In total 6 toilets, 3 shower rooms, 2 bathrooms.

Beautiful view!

The host has lovingly maintained her home for 40 years, which is reflected in the decor and her attentiveness. The view is unparalleled and there is plenty of room for a big family with 5 bedrooms and ample seating. The location requires a car but is a lovely residential area. We enjoyed the stay very much.
