Spacious apartment with a lovely garden and excellent location.

Loved the garden, well equipped kitchen. Decor etc. a bit tired, in need of refreshment. Odd smell inside.

Prettier than it looks like

The location was perfect but the apartment wasn’t that clean and a bit old. The second bedroom has a small bed that’s not really comfortable.

Great location and nice appartment, maintenance can be improved

Clearly the location of the apartment is great. The beach and promenade are right in front. A supermarket and a bakery are around the corner. A parking garage is two blocks away. The size is good and the furniture is functional. Things we didn't like: The fourth bed is broken, so it's really just a mattrass on the floor. Some of the blinds won't open/close. There is an umbrella for the terrace, but it can't be used as the fixture is not properly set up. The toilet seat doesn't fit and keeps moving around. Coat hooks fall off the wall. A toeboard laying loose on the kitchen floor. Too many items to overlook.

Good location along the waterfront and near the tram. The unit was recently renovated as the listing said but except for the bathroom, which was still old. Overall, it was comfortable for our family of 3. There is a clothes washer but no detergent was provided and only 1 roll of toilet paper was given for a 4 night stay. Also, its worth noting that the tap water has a bad taste and was not drinkable. There was no water filter and we had to buy bottled water to drink during our stay. Our biggest complaint was the primary bedroom has an AC unit that make a loud grinding noise every 30-60 minutes when it is draining water, which made sleeping with it on difficult. We had to turn it off which made the room hot at night. We notified the host but they told us it was normal and did not offer any help. However, the noise definitely did not sound normal nor was it possible sleep with the unit on. The patio is nice but mosquitos were bad so we did not use it. Lastly, after booking via VRBO, the host company reached out using their own website and WhatsApp for communication. They also ask for payment through 3rd party service, including a large security deposit. This is something that is often done by scammers so I was uneasy about proceeding with the stay on a platform other than VRBO, however I called VRBO and they assured me it was legitimate. The process still seemed clunky and should've just been kept within VRBO for simplicity and security sake.

Nette Unterkunft, großzügige Raumaufteilung, perfekte Lage in erster Linie, alles sauber. Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein (nur ein stumpfes Küchenmesser vorhanden), Matratze etwas durchgelegen. Viel Stauraum, gute Größe der Räume.

Great ground floor apartment by the beach in Nice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with easy check in and out procedure. Plenty of space both inside and outside, nice terrace with big umbrella. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and even though there is a bunk bed our adult children had nothing to complain. The apartment has air conditioning so mosquitos don’t like being there. Around the corner there are restaurants and a supermarket. Nice centre is a 15 minutes walk or you can take the tram which is also around the corner. We only used public transport in and around Nice (Monaco and Menton by train). We loved this apartment in Nice and can definitely recommend it to others.

Good location. Clean apartment. There are a few things which they can definitely improve on. The communication after move in is not great. You get a response only the following day. I also never got an answer to how to open the door to the outside area. The ac unit was leaking water. I also wish they had given proper instructions on how to lower the bar for the parking spot. Folks who have never used or seen such a thing can't figure this out on their own. I was struggling with this in the basement where there is no cell signal and no one to ask around. The apartment itself is well maintained otherwise.

Situation idéale sur la Prom

arrivée tardive, très pratique situation idéale, sur la Prom. apprtement spacieux, la douche merite un nettoyage en profondeur, les joints ne sont pas top. nous aurions vraiment apprécié de laisser nos bagages 2.5 h supplémentaires, c'est assez incompréhensible aussi peu de flexibilité.

Bel appartement près de la mer

Seule l'allée des Anglais vous sépare de la plage. La petite terrasse est jolie et certainement une bonne alternative pendant la saison chaude. Dans la cuisine, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. L'appartement est très bien aménagé. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et reviendrons volontiers.

Promenade des Anglais - Nice

Location bien située, proche du tram, restaurants et magasins alimentation. Il n'y a que la rue à traverser pour se rendre à la plage donc TOP. Problème des fenêtres qui ne fermaient pas donc appartement très bruyant la nuit. Bien équipé. Le ménage est très succinct : nous avons retrouvé un bol de lentilles dans le micro ondes, le four n'est pas très propre... Nous n'avons fait aucune cuisine de la semaine car nous n'avions pas envie de nettoyer avant d'utiliser. Nous étions en vacances!!! Les meubles sont recouverts de plaids mais il ne faut pas regarder en dessous. Malgré tout, nous recommandons ce logement car nous faisons confiance au loueur quant aux problèmes rencontrés qu'il résoudra, nous en sommes sûrs.
