Come live like the locals and enjoy this historic quaint cottage located in the heart of Laguna Village. The home features a spacious, airy living room with one bedroom and one bathroom. A fireplace provides a warm coziness on cool evenings. Enjoy a peek a boo view of the ocean on the deck in the front gardens, or a barbecue on the private back patio. You can't beat the location which is three blocks from the beach, restaurants, shops, galleries and a grocery store, all in walking distance. The home must be rented for at least one full month based on the new village requirements. The cottage makes a great vacation rental or a home away for professionals who need a long term place to unpack and unwind after a long day of work and travel.

It has been a dream come true for Rick, my husband, and me to own a home in Laguna Beach. The beauty of the beach, gardens, and parks amazes us every day. We enjoy several walks a day and love not driving to get where we need to be. We hope that those who stay in our cottage can be touched by sea as we are.

Why they chose this property

We have been looking for homes and visiting Laguna for many years. We are from Chicago, Illinois. The temperatures near the beach are truly an amazing break from midwestern weather. The cottage built in 1941 has the character and charm that we were looking for. The home was just listed the day that we put in an offer. We never thought that we would live so close to the beach.
