There's a fireplace in the living room for those cozy winter days, a ceiling fan for air circulation and Air-Conditioning for the warm summer months. The bath has a marble top vanity, awning style frosted glass windows and a frameless glass shower enclosure. Step outside to the private ocean view deck for outdoor lounging, dining and barbecuing. Watch the beautiful sunsets from either the window front cafe table or the comfy bench seating on the deck. Grab your beach chair and umbrella and walk to the beach from this prime Laguna Village location. Walk to the grocery store, art galleries, surf shops and the best restaurants in the charming town of Laguna Beach. Beautiful Stay!

Jill and Dave are such kind and thoughtful hosts. The cottage itself is cozy and decorated beautifully (and surprisingly lots of room/storage!). The proximity to town and the beach is a great bonus. Hardest part is leaving…!

Jill is an amazing host. Her place is so beautiful and well appointed.

So relaxing, clean and comfortable plus convenient to everything. We walked to almost everything and used Uber when needed. Fantastic!

Great location for an avid walker

This residence is located in a wonderful area of Laguna Beach. It was easy to walk to the "downtown" shopping area or the beach in minutes. We could go days without using a car! The hosts were a delight to communicate with as well.

Fantastic Getaway Cottage!

This beautiful Laguna Cottage exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The property is perfectly appointed with super-comfortable and stylish furnishings (and bedding), wonderful light and views, and cleverly designed storage spaces. I loved the location, too-within walking distance to so many beaches and stores and restaurants but far enough away from the crowds and noise. And you won’t find two more gracious and courteous hosts than Jill and Dave!

A Wonderful Winter Get -Away

This property is exactly as advertised. Bright and cheerful , clean and well organized. The location was excellent for me as I did not rent a car and could walk everywhere. I had lived in Laguna for many years so I was escaping the Boston winters and visiting old friends. Jill and her husband were available if needed but respected my privacy. I will book again when I check my schedule.

The perfect coastal cottage!

This cozy cottage has it all! It is so bright and cheerful and the decor is beautiful coastal chic. It is impeccably clean and the location is perfect! It is centrally located in town and is only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and boutiques. We often went a week without driving anywhere which was so refreshing. It’s the perfect place to relax and/or work while enjoying an ocean view. It is incredibly well designed with plenty of storage. One of our favorite things to do was to buy fresh fish and veggies at the market and BBQ them on the grill while watching the sunset from the deck. The owners, Jill and Dave, are the kindest people! They are very responsive and available if you need anything, but also give you your privacy. The whole neighborhood was so friendly that we really felt like we were a part of the community. We highly recommend this beautiful cottage, 5 stars all around!

Lovely beach cottage

This property is exactly as described with a magnificent view of ocean and incredible sunsets. An easy walk to downtown & beach. Cottage has all the conveniences we needed for a month stay. Owners were always available & very eager to insure that we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay in this cottage again!

Great stay at beautiful beach cottage

Dave and Jill were wonderful hosts. The cottage was story book quality. Close to down town, market, restaurants and the beach. Will consider renting next summer from July 20th till August 20th.

Absolutely awesome Coastal Cool Studio.

This is a rare jewel in Laguna village. The hosts are amazing locals filled with tips if you’re visiting from out of town ! Perfect for waking to the beach ,shops ,restaurants and art galleries. Plus it’s private entrance ensures privacy. It’s definitely a 5 star studio

Classic coastal cottage living.

We had a wonderful Laguna Beach summer in this cottage. The owners are on top of everything! Great communication, the cottage very clean and equipped for grilling, cooking and days at the beach. Lots of storage for a small space living. A very friendly neighborhood. The interior design is tastefully coastal and we could walk to all of the stores, restaurants and beaches! A beautiful sunset view of the water too! Also coastal close drives to other towns like San Clemente, Dana Point and Newport Beach.
