Italian Oasis

This villa was located in the perfect place while we toured Italy by car, halfway between Rome and Florence. We visited various Italian cities and then alternated these days with a full day of rest by the huge pool at the villa. The small village of Ficulle was beautiful and the residents were charming and so helpful. I would stay here again, if the opportunity arose.

Ficulle Beauty

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. The property is spacious and there is lots of land so that you don't feel close to anyone. Paola was a "super host" and helped us find things to do in nearby cities before arriving and even arranged a private chef to come to the house and cook for us at the Villa. It was a wonderful property and is hosted by a wonderful person.

Schöne Villa mit sehr viel Platz in Toplage, sehr großer Garten und ein toller Pool; alle Räume und Bäder sauber, nur der Küchenbereich und das Kücheninventar sollten überprüft und diverse Gerätschaften ersetzt werden.Alle Formalitäten und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin waren unkompliziert und haben reibungslos geklappt.Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Ficulle, größere (Lidl, Coop) in Orvieto.

Great spot in Umbria.

We spent 12 days at Villa del Nibbio. The house is very big and fully equipped. The garden, the terraces and the swimming pool allow you to enjoy peaceful and very good times. There are small shops, a bakery aat 5 min drive (Ficulle). Orvieto is a 25 min drive away and has a large supermarket and many restaurants. We highly recommend that house. Paola is always available if needed.
