My home is nestled on a quiet street located in the heart of downtown Montreal with direct access to subway station, train station and highway. It is close to both McGill and Concordia Universities. Old Montreal, Mont-Royal and the Lachine Canal are minutes away, which provides several opportunities for scenic walks. If you are working remotely and want to have walking access to any activity, then my home will provide the cozy, urban lifestyle to have the best of both worlds.

You have private backyard parking that leads directly to my home, so you don't have to worry about finding parking in downtown Montreal and literally walk everywhere!

Short stay for MTL Jazz Fest

Patty’s place was perfect for our two-night stay for Jazz Fest. Easy walking distance to so many great restaurants and parks. Beds are very comfortable and the blackout curtains were perfect for our slow mornings. The off-street parking was a plus and the keypad entry was super handy. Couldn’t recommend Patty’s place more for an all-around awesome stay in a spectacular city!

Great location right across the street from the Metro and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Unit was clean and fully stocked. Communication with owner was easy and she was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful pied a terre

The location is amazing! We were minutes from restaurants. It was a short drive to the old town. Patty’s place was very clean and had everything we needed. Patty was very responsive and a great host. I would highly recommend her place!

The perfect spot in Montreal!

This was a perfect location and home for a girl's weekend in MTL. The owner is very attentive and communicative. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The beds are comfy and the home is quiet. We hope to stay here again soon!

Beautiful home

This house is beautifully decorated and exquisitely clean, not to mention comfortable! There was a lot of construction, making getting around challenging at times, but with parking right outside the back door, coming “home” was easy!
