Our privately owned Villa is located next to Jellystone campground/3 Bears Lodge waterpark.

We provide lodging only.
Water Park passes NOT included.

We offer more than the Jellystone villas and other private owners.
We have 5 beds up in the loft.
NEW living room furniture.
A large out door grill.
Benches by the fire pit.
Fully stocked kitchen.
4 TV's. one in every room
4 Rukos, DVD player.

To keep our villa nice, we try to max at 6 adults but understand some family gatherings there can be more than 6,
Therefore there is a charge of $15 a night per person after 6 adults.
There's more cleaning and laundry for our cleaning staff with larger crews.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Please throw a load of load of towels in the washer. All check out. Instructions are posted on the door by the washer. And text the maid when you are checked out. 608-343-4430. Thank you

Please clean the grill if you use it.

Leave the cabin, garbage free.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not arrive before your check in time or unload items on the porch. This is to respect our cleaning staff and give them time to clean.

Only the guests listed on the rental agreement will be allowed inside the villa. No Parties or Events

An absolute gem of a place to spend a perfect a weekend getaway. The home was equipped with every essential needed. The owner was also quick on responses. Just 2 minor suggestions - please look into the data connections on the property, the internet was a bit slow. 2nd - please verify if the previous owner cleans the grill. We couldn’t use it because it was not cleaned.

This is a very cozy cabin. We enjoyed sitting by the camp fire, and playing games and watching movies together as a fanily. We grilled out one night and thought the cabin was well kept and clean.

Fun for the whole family

Sandy was great and the place had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and care free. We brought food and grilled some amazing steaks one night and 3 bears lodge was perfect. It wasn’t crowded and our three 9 year olds wore themselves out playing in the waterpark and arcade. The staff at 3 bears was awesome and the prices you can’t beat!

The house was perfect for my family. However some of the pans need to be discarded as they are too scratched up. Bathrooms shower/floor boards could use a deep cleaning. The area of homes is beautiful yet some sketchy neighboring homes as they are run down and not kept up. Garbage/junk. We had newer vehicles and noticed our gas tank lids were open one morning as someone was possibly trying to get gasoline. Three bears park is looking run down. I wouldn’t recommend staying again. That’s Too bad for the owner of the house we stayed in because it really fit everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. It’s a very nice property. Everyone was friendly.

Wonderful vacation spot

My husband and I took our 9 children here. Most are young adults now, and they had two cousins as well. They had a very fun time with their cousins and a family reunion with one of our daughters who lives in Wisconsin. It was a very beautiful cabin and the loft was especially nice for the siblings. They also had fun playing games with their cousins on the TV. Our youngest daughter made friends with a young child at the cabin next door. They also enjoyed staying up late talking around the fire pit. It was nice that she had games, children’s books and coloring books in the game closet. Our children enjoyed them. Sandy was easy to work with and contact with any questions.

Villa 445 cabin

Cabin was very nice and plenty of space for all of us. Loved having full kitchen and tvs and games, etc. Beds were somewhat springy but ok. We went to yogi bear for a day which was fun. Also checked out Wazee Beach about 30 minutes away. Nice sand beach and the overlook was great for pictures. Fishing was ok. It's $5 a Carload to get in. Its in Jackson County Park. Wanted to do cranberry tour but they were all booked up so plan ahead if you want to do that.
