We stayed at two camps for Cranberry Fest, it was about a 30 minute drive which was perfect for us. The cabin was very cozy and clean. If you are looking for a place to unplug (no service or WiFi) this is the place for you! We enjoyed playing dice in the screen porch and watching the provided DVDs at night! We would definitely come back again! Things to note there is no other heat source except a wood burning stove and small bath heater which was perfect for us. Nearby favorites: Evergreen Supper Club we went twice the food was great and the people were very nice!

My husband and I spent our 10yr anniversary here and we greatly enjoyed this cabin! This place was literally everything we were looking for in a get-a-way and 100% checked all the boxes, including being spotless when we arrived. It was truly secluded and you can really get away from the city lights. With it being October when we came, the trees were changing and the scenery was beautiful. It has all the modern amenities that are necessary for everyday life, but that feel and look of the rustic cabin in the woods. The cabin itself is exactly how it was depicted online. Even though we went in October, we were even daring enough to get in the cold pond, but it was brief for sure!! There is a little of everything in the kitchen, full-size fridge and oven with a microwave, toaster oven and all the utensils. If you wanted, you could just stay at the cabin for your whole stay or do what we did and visit the nearby hiking trails, go to nearby towns and window shop and eat lunch or supper out a couple days. We grilled supper at the cabin a couple of nights and ate breakfast there every morning. If we are able, we really want to come back next year but bring our kids this time. They would love it just as much as we did!

Wonderful rustic cabin getaway! Hosts thought of everything, but I do recommend bringing your own beach towels for use by the swim pond. We saw so much wildlife and it’s conveniently close to the UTV trails.Also had an excellent dinner out at local supper club: The Evergreens. Highly recommend (make sure to save room for pie!)

This place is a dream. My wife and I enjoyed a quiet long weekend here and will return. The cabin is extremely well-stacked with things of a fun nature (kayaks, board games, sand toys, DVDs) as well as a practical one (everything necessary to cook and grill, bug spray, tick removal, etc). We visited during a very hot stretch late in summer and I expected the pond to be a bit too warm or algae-filled, but instead it was incredibly refreshing and didn't even smell like a pond. From the photos and journal in the space it's clear this has been a special place for the hosts for quite some time, and we feel honored to have had the chance to enjoy it. We will go out of our way to book this cabin for future trips. 100/10, can't recommend enough!

Loved the privacy and quiet! We had wonderful evenings enjoying the fire pit and looking at the stunning night sky. Spent a wonderful afternoon on the dock and enjoyed visiting Sparta. Was a great place to stay to visit Cranfest, too!

Fantastic slice of nature
