Come and enjoy this completely renovated apartment, redesigned and decorated in early 2019.
Very bright with a ceiling height of 2.80m, this apartment is a real haven of peace. It allows you to live to the rhythm of the tides, the ballet of seagulls and to admire magnificent sunsets.
Its strong points: its view, its large balcony and its exotic parquet !!!

By booking this apartment we made our best investment in our trip to Brittany. The location and the view decide a lot, but the equipment of the apartment is also excellent.

Stunning location, fantastic for anyone who loves and is familiar with being close to the sea and everything that goes with this. Lovely lay out, neat and tidy. No parking but you can park and unload or load up and there is lots of free parking round and about plus a little very well stocked shop and three little bars which give the whole street a really communal feel. This is a place that we will definately come back to.

Un spot de rêve, appartement aménagé de façon intelligente. Site à proximité des commerces et des bus pour les remparts et cancale. Un balcon qui permet l'observation de la mer en direct. Un petit problème avec la télé en phase de coupe du monde de foot, mais Laurence était à l'écoute. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir l'année prochaine.

Que du bonheur

Excellente situation les pieds dans l’eau, la plage et le « clash » des vagues. La magnifique digue nous a amèné aux remparts de St Malo en une demi-heure à pieds. La Supérette bien fournie (avec rayon boucherie), l’excellente boulangerie et la pizzeria-brasserie tout proches nous ont facilité la vie. Les arrêts de bus tout proches nous ont permis de revenir de St Malo lorsque nous étions fatigués et aussi d’aller passer une journée à Cancale sans devoir bouger notre véhicule de la place de parking trouvé dans les rues avoisinantes.

Super Lage und Ausstattung

Apartment liegt direkt am Strand von St. Malo. Schöner Strand mi voelen Wellen, aber durchaus auch für Kinder geeignet.Viele Freizeitangebote direkt drum rum Reiten, biken, windsurfen, wellentereiten. Uns hat es super gefallen.

Superb apartment in a nice location

The photos speaks for themself and shows reality, -except weather conditions of course. Add to this the location on the most charming and relaxed part of the beach, with space for children and seniors, active and relaxed, fit and lazy. A place for everyone, except the party oriented crowd.

Qu'il fait bon vivre à Saint-Malo

Une semaine passée dans cette très belle ville, dans un appartement idéalement placé face à la mer. Très belles prestations , très confortable avec une très belle déco. Excellent accueil. Tout était réuni pour passer une très belle semaine en bord de mer.
