We had a wonderful stay in this homely and welcoming apartment. The owner and her daughter were very kind to allow us to check in a little earlier which was a great start to our week long holiday in St Malo. The apartment is clean, well equipped and very spacious. Lovely walk into the town or the beach and fabulous Market and bakeries on the doorstep. Thank you so much for your hospitality we really hope to return again

Excellent appartement, propre et très bien placé. Loin de la foule et avec tous les commerces à pieds. Cuisine est très complète et fonctionnelle. Une bouteille de cidre à l'arrivée. Vue sur mer côté coucher du soleil est juste magnifique. Bref, trés bonnes vacances.

Location très propre, il y a vraiment tout ce dont l’on a besoin et le parking est un plus seul petit bémol la route qui passe en bas de l’immeuble est assez bruyante

Logement très bien conçu et équipé. Il est récent et très facile à utiliser.Les chambres sont situées sur l'arrière et donc très calme car ne donne pas sur la rue.La pièce à vivre est très agréable avec de beaux couchés de soleil sur le balcon.Le place de parking dans le garage à proximité est aussi pratique même si les emplacements sont étroits mais largement suffisant pour un véhicule familial.Il est aussi bien situé (entre 15 et 20 minutes à pieds de l'intramuros) et le quartier regorge de petits commerces.Un emplacement idéal pour des vacances.

Appartement bien situé près de commerces, restaurants et de la cité Intra Muros. (emplacement parking intérieur très appréciable)Le logement est grand, fonctionnel (tout appareillage cuisine et salle de bains) propre, petit balcon pour prendre l'air (ou sécher le linge)Et surtout super accueil par Mme Roland, très souriante et de bons conseils pour le logement, pour les petits restos et visites à effectuer.Un grand merci à elle.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung sehr genossen, die Küchenausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut. Leider gibt es nur wenige Möglichkeiten die Anziehsachen unterzubringen.

Bel appartement, calme, à 15 minutes de Saint Malo

Nous avons été très gentillement accueilli par la propriétaire, le garage était disponible dès notre arrivée. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme aux descriptions, proche des commerces, boulangeries, charcuteries. L'endroit est calme et seulement à 15 minutes du centre ville de Saint Malo (intra muros). L'appartement est parfaitement équipé à tout niveau. Il dispose d'une terrasse parfaite pour prendre un verre ou lire au soleil. Nous n'hésiterons pas à louer à nouveau cet appartement lors d'un prochain séjour en Bretagne.

Praktische Wohnung an perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist gross, hell, sehr schön mit der offenen Bar zur Küche; vom Esstisch aus sieht man das Meer. Zu Fuss ist man in 20min in der Altstadt von Saint-Malo; das Zentrum von Saint-Servan mit Bäckereien, Wochenmarkt, einem Kaffee, schönen Läden und einem kleinen Supermarkt ist zu Fuss in 3min erreichbar.

Tres bon séjour.

C'est la troisième fois que nous venions chez Claude. Tout est parfait. L'emplacement, l'accueil et la propreté. A proximité de la plage et des commerces.
