Rural house tourist La Kika, located 15-20 minutes by car from the center of Almeria. PRIVATE large pool, is NOT shared, and can be used by guests at any time. It has a private multifunction track: tennis court, basketball basket and 2 football goals. Balls, balls and tennis rackets are available. Guests can use any of these facilities. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, another with 2 single beds of 1. 05m and another one with a double bed + single bed of 1. 05m. 1 full toilet, shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, and another toilet with toilet and sink. Kitchen equipped with all appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc. Large living / dining room, with table for 7 people, 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, TV. Rooms with built-in wardrobe. Free parking and inside the property, available for 5 cars inside the premises.
