Great experience and wonderful location. Lorenzo was easy to communicate with and it was nice to have a place close enough to the city centre. The supermarket nearby makes a huge difference for supplies as well as the restaurants nearby.

Nice basement apartment in Pigneto

The apartment is a great size for a couple with kitchen, separate bedroom, and small bathroom. Lorenzo was a great host and provided some nice recommendations near the apartment. It is not in a touristy neighborhood, which was a nice break from much of the sites. My only issue was getting to and from the center, which could take 45-60 minutes with public transport and about 30 with a taxi.

we had a really comfortable stay in this house!i really like it, not just how the owner made it look like but also how it felt, there is everything you need to feel like home and all the essentials to cook or make breakfast. its maybe a little outside but i liked the area a lot. (only things to say wifi did not work really well)grazie alla prossima!

Malheureusement la cuisine n'est pas super bien équipée ,pas de micro ondes ,une poêle qui laisse à désirer (revêtement anti adhérent détérioré et donc dangereux pour la santé ) bouilloire pleine de calcaire au fond et pas entretenue...très peu de couvert ...un seul feu gaz qui fonctionnait donc vraiment pas idéal pour qui veut cuisiner au lieu d'aller au resto tous les jours ..même cuire des pâtes devient compliqué ...!(Avec un seul feu )Pas non plus de produits de bas tels que de l'huile ou du gros sel ,ou un peu de thé et de café (pas de cafetière non plus ).un grille pain limite ..mais qui fonctionne...par contre l'emplacement est top ,le quartier est super vivant et assez bien desservi par les bus et le métro à 15 minutes à pied...et appartement très au calme .ça c'était super
