Located on the second floor of a 19th century building with no elevator, this accommodation is recommended for friends traveling together or a young family with children who want to be in the middle of the action. Please note that we manage another apartment in the same building, on the third floor, which makes this an ideal solution for members of the same family who want to be close to each other but still have their privacy.
This one-bedroom apartment actually sleeps up to four people: two in the master bedroom and two on the living/dining room sofa bed, which doubles as a comfortable queen-size bed.
The hardwood floors and selected furnishings are a nod to the history of the building and the area, but this accommodation is rooted in modernity: the kitchenette allows you to cook simple meals from scratch and has all the basics for your stay. The washing machine (no drying) has been installed to allow guests to be independent during their travels, and the bathroom has been recently renovated and features a walk-in shower.
This property comes with independent heating, has an A/C system, and a free Wifi connection is offered to all guests. A TV set with local channels is available in the living room.
Outside, Rome and its wonders await - the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Barberini, the Spanish Steps or museums such as Palazzo Barberini, the Capuchin Crypt or Palazzo Poli are all within walking distance, as are Via del Tritone (one of the city's main shopping areas) or Via del Corso. Restaurants, family-run shops, cafes and picturesque alleys are everywhere: are you ready to fall in love with the Eternal City?

Simple apartment in the heart of Rome. Such a great location -- close to restaurants, grocery store, shops, Metro, bus stops, taxi stops. Small apartment, but very nicely done. Host was helpful and available when needed. Highly Recommend.

We stayed as a family of four, 2 adults, 2 children aged 11 and 9. It was perfect, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location within walking distance of everything. Thank you for a great stay we would definitely recommend.
We had a wonderful stay during a very hot summer in this apartment. Location was great, close to everything. The beds were super comfortable and the AC in the bedroom and the living room were very appreciated.
We stayed here to see Rome before our cruise began. The location was wonderful! Great restaurants nearby, easy to get to all of the cool spots you'd want to see.The VRBO itself was perfect. Clean, spacious, nice bathroom. And our host was very friendly, kind, and helpful during our check in process. We were beyond pleased and would stay here again!
Emanuele was a great host. The place was great and we were close to everything. We walked the whole city of Roma from here. We would do it again and tell friends about her.Grazie!!
Small, but an incredible location! Literally a minute away from a very convenient subway stop and maybe 10 from the Trevi fountain. It was fairly quiet, except for the restaurant next-door, dumping their glass bottles late at night and in the early morning. My husband felt it wasn’t equipped enough to cook there, and it wasn’t the kind of place you’d want to hang out at, but it was great if all needed was a staging area with somewhere to sleep.
Had a great stay. The place was immaculately clean. Bed and linens were good. Getting into apartment was easy. Being able to wash clothes is a big bonus.
Perfect central location for all the major sites. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Communications were great. Ae will definitely come here again. Thanks!
We really enjoyed our stay here. As advertised with no surprises. The one bath towel per person was a little annoying. Other than that, we loved it and would come back again.
It was mine and my boyfriend’s first trip to Italy together and we had the best stay here. It was so clean, the neighborhood was great and close to everything you would want to see. The hosts were great with their communication and answering all our questions throughout our stay and the property gave you so much information on things to do, how to use their appliances & the best part was there wash a washing machine. When we come back to visit we will definitely be booking here again.
We stayed with 4 "adults" ( my daughter 20 and son 16). This apartment is a wonderful place to stay. It was clean. It was centrally located with a great location very close to the metro, a grocery store, Trevi fountain plus so much more. The host was great to work with. I can't say enough great things about it. The only cons were on Saturday night the restaurant across the ally was loud until about 4am. It didnt bother us much, but may if you're a light sleeper or have younger kids. The stairs were also a bit steep for younger kids. We found the lights on our last day. The washer was nice. Overall we loved this apartment and would definitely stay here again.
Overall we had a great three night stay! The trash is located on the main floor of the building and has a terrible terrible smell. The street is also extremely noisy with people and the trash trucks early in the morning. Good walking location to many sights which we enjoyed. Overall a good stay!
Literally couldn't ask for a better location in the center of Rome. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed, even a little kitchenette (which we didn't use). It was a bit dark with smallish windows, but so worth the price and would definitely come back if I were in Rome again. Emanuele and Sara were incredibly responsive and finding the place was super easy.
We would recommend this place for sure. It is exactly as described. The location is great for all the major tourist attractions. 10 minute walk to Trevi fountain. Really good restaurants right across the back lane. Kitchen is well stocked to be able to make your own food if you want. Coffee provided. Bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the other pull out bed so can’t comment on that. Very secure and safe. Heavy duty door locks. Area feels safe regardless. We did have an issue with the shower not draining but the host resolved it right away. The shower is pretty small but I think that’s standard for Europe. Our only complaint is they only left 2 shower towels for a 4 night stay. We asked for more and were told they only leave 2. There is a washing machine but no dryer so your washed towels feel like sand paper for the remainder of your stay. Overall a great place to stay and a good host.
location and apartment are good otherwise, but the aircondition did not properly function, which may be fine or irrelevant in spring or autumn, but not in the summer heat. it felt as if the aircon in the living room did not cool the place at all , the one in the bedroom did.
