The apartment is a very clear and well distributed two-room apartment (S-N) (all rooms are independent), offering a beautiful view of the mountains and another of the sea. The main rooms are located to the south. On the 7th floor of a building with a park, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the center of St Raphaël. With a south-facing balcony and a reserved parking space.
