Superb apartment, renovated, by the sea. 40M2 / 12M2 terrace / Garage

Located on the 1st floor of a building 20 meters from the beach, this apartment will delight you with its space and amenities. It is proposed with a garage for your comfort.
You will find: a large living / dining room with a sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a TV with integrated DVD player, a dining table for 4 people, a hallway with wardrobe, leading to the bedroom and the bathroom. bath with toilet, a room with a double bed (140) and a wardrobe finally a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle). A large terrace overlooking the sea serves the living room and bedroom (It is decorated with a table for 4, chairs and deckchairs).

This apartment has Wi-Fi and individual central heating.

At the foot of the building you have a bakery, a tobacconist / newspaper and a beach and souvenir shop. You can walk to the supermarket just behind the building.
The TGV station of St. Raphael is 2 km away and Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport is 65 km away.

There are also many golf courses and a Thalassa Sea & Spa health center nearby.

water, sun, beach, all 5 minutes from your doorstep Frejus is a good place to stay, closed to St. Tropez, Cannes, nice, Antibes and close to the montens. Can you guys, we have been over 25 times in Provence

Excellent séjour à Fréjus

L'appartement est confortable. Trés bien équipé et l'ensemble a été refait il n'y a pas si longtemps. Trés propre. Nous y avons passé une semaine agréable. La situation sur une voie perpendiculaire à la route principale amène moins de bruits de circulation.

Belles vacances

Très beau logement situé a 50 m de la mer tout équipé on ne manque de rien. Propriétaire agréable au téléphone vu le petit problème de clés. Toujours dispo si problème bien qu'absente du début et a la fin. Dommage que nous n'avons pas pu profiter du garage trop exiguë pour une grande voiture que nous avons par ailleurs rayé . Mais pour le reste rien a redire.

Fijn appartement met uitzicht op zee

Ruim en schoon appartement aan zee en aan drukke straat. Groot balkon. Leuke boulevard met restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Bij het appartement hoort een garagebox, iets verderop in de straat. Beetje oefenen om goed in te parkeren. Communicatie met verhuurder verloopt prima. Aanrader!
