My place is only steps away from beautiful beaches, famous restaurants, public transportation, great shopping and nightlife. It is 15 minutes away from the famous Clearwater Beach, 30 minutes from St-Pete Beach and 30 Minutes from the Tampa International Airport.
You’ll love my place because of its Zen atmosphere, with earthy colors and modern look. The fully equiped kitchen, the 55" 4K TV , the loungy living room will make you and your family feel like home.

So much to like about this place

A very nice property in a quiet neighbourhood but an easy walk to the beach and an excellent cafe and restaurant. The kitchen was well stocked for making our own meals when we weren’t dining out. There is a small table and chairs outside to enjoy a morning coffee. Shower was great. So was the bed.

Cozy Spot

Great location in IRB, close to beach, cafe's, and bike rentals. Poor grocery stores and no comfortable place to relax outdoors at the VRBO...all outdoor chairs have seen much better days. If it rains carry an umbrella, no eavestroughing along walkway. If you check in at night carry a flashlight, no light at the door.

Honeymoon heaven! ✨🌺🌴

Had a great time here, felt very at home and very much enjoyed the sleek style/minimalism in the home! We loved that the kitchen was stocked with all the spices, came in handy as we did a lot of cooking at the house! The shower is awesome, too! The neighbors were friendly and it was all very quiet through the night, the bed was veryyyy comfortable as well which was great to relax on after our 12 1/2 hour drive! Our only qualms would probably be that one, and I’m not sure if it was just that we misunderstood the listing or not but we were originally under the assumption that we’d have an “entire home” to ourselves, but upon arrival we discovered that we were in one of 2-units.. it was no biggie as we had plenty of space and everyone was quiet, so it did indeed felt like we were at our own spot, we just feel slightly misled from the original listing? the 2nd thing was that the floors were a little bit dirty, they were swept but after both of us would get out of our shower and walk around a bit, the bottoms of our feet would be covered in dirt.. probably just needs a good mop, understandable, especially with frequent beach-going guests- both are minor things though, we really had an AMAZING honeymoon and made some wonderful memories “living” in Indian Rocks for a weekend.. Overall we very very much enjoyed our stay here, would definitely come back again :) Thanks again for helping make our honeymoon awesome! <3

We loved the location, easy walk to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants. We didn't like not getting the entry code until we arrived. When travelling a long distance, we want to get right in to our unit, not have to wait for the host to email us the entry code. We also didn't like the housekeeping staff leaving laundry in the washing machine & dryer. We ended up drying & folding towels and bedding four times during our stay because the housekeeper left it in the machines each time she cleaned a unit.
