A fully furnished one bedroom annex adjoined to our family home. Consisting of shared entrance porch. Private secure entrance to annex. Lounge with 2 sofas, coffee table, 43inch smart TV, table with 2 chairs. Leading through to shower room with toilet and wash basin . Small kitchenette with sink and fridge freezer, cooking hob , microwave, kettle and all necessary utensils. Leading to double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and door to rear of property where guests are welcome to eathe al fresco.
Ideally positioned for leeds Bradford airport (10 mins by car) and the Yorkshire dales. 5 min walk to closest bus stop . 15 mins to train station serving Leeds and ilkley.
Check in after 15:00.
Check out 10:00.
