Family apartment in Stobrec

The apartment is part of family house which is situated 300 m from the center of Stobrec and 50 m from beach. Apartment consists of large kitchen and dinning room,living room with TV, Internet, climate...There are two bedrooms, one for adults and the other with two single beds for children or adults. Every room has a balcony, as well as the kitchen and the living room open onto a large balcony, in front of which is large garden with flowers, lawn, barbecue and garage, which is reserved for guests.


House is located in quiet area without much car traffic. The supply of our apartments, we offer You kite surf and windsurf school, rafting on Cetina river in town Omiš, scuba diving. Also, there are tennis and golf clubs near our house.

In our apartment,our guest can feel like at home,every guest needs are our prority so the guests can enjoy their hollidays!

We had a wonderful holiday in Frane's apartment. Frame was so helpful and his hospitality was faultless. The apartment was so close the best beach in Strobrec and we spent many hours bathing in the warm clear waters.We have no reservations in giving this location and facilities top marks.

Perfect place to stay in Stobrec

The apartment was exactly as described. Very comfortable and cozy and right across the street from the beach. There are two markets down the road within walking distance. This is a really great place to stay for families.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a big and nice apartment very close to a nice beach. Dogs are welcome and on the right side of the main beach there are small bathing bays where dogs are allowed to go. The owner are friendly and helpful.

Lovely positioned apartment in Stobrec

This was a perfectly placed apartment for our needs (two retired couples.) Fraine was very helpful both before and during our stay. The apartment was situated in a brilliant position, close to the small town area for convenience but far enough away for peace and quiet. Opposite approximately 80 steps down to a beautiful beach (pebbles.) There is a beautiful balcony which we enjoyed sitting on each evening overlooking Fraine’s garden, so relaxing. The one thing Fraine may consider to make his guests stay perfect is to provide a beach brolly and some little fold up mats that most people (locals) had to lie on on the pebble beach for a little comfort. Finally the room with the bunk beds is big enough for twin beds and would have been much nicer for adults so may increase his appeal to a wider clientele. Although the decor and fittings are a little tired the location more than makes up for this.

Traumhaft gelegene Wohnung

Wir haben noch nie eine bessere Wohnung in Kroatien gehabt. Sie war geräumig und sehr sauber. Im Ort ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkauf, Restaurants, etc., nichts ist weiter als 1 Kilometer. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt sehr gute Tipps. Zum Traumstrand geht es 30 Meter eine Treppe herunter.

Apartment mit allen was man im Urlaub braucht, kurzer Weg zum Strand, sehr netter Gastgeber, Privater Parkplatz unter Feigenbaum, Fußläufig ist alles zu Erreichen was man Braucht.

Schönes Apartement noch schönerer Strand

Wir schliessen uns mit unserer Bewertung den Anderen an. Frane ist der perfekte Gastgeber, alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig, sauber, gut Ausgattet. Bei Fragen ist Frane jederzeit erreichbar. Was wir jedoch nicht bestätigen können, dass man beim Strand der unmittelbar vor der Haustür liegt Hunde erlaubt sind. Es hat ein grosses Hundeverbots Schild. Jedoch hatte es rechts von diesem Strand ein kleiner Abschnitt wo man den Hund evt mitnehmen kann. Wir haben es jedoch Tagsüber nie ausprobiert. Auf meiner Morgenrunde vor 7 Uhr bin ich mit dem Hund aber an alle Spots. Da ist noch niemand. Und wenn man sich Verantwortungsvoll verhält, ist das geduldet. Defitiv darf der Hund jedoch im Zentrum mit an den Strand des Campings genommen werden. Jedoch darf er da nicht ins Wasser. Frane hat uns einen Ausflug nach Omiš, im canjon of Cetina, Radmanove Mlinice emfohlen, wo wir mit den Kindern und dem Hund hin sind und im glasklaren Fluss gebadet haben. Wie empfehlen es darum gerne weiter.

Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! In der Wohnung gab es alles was man braucht. Wunderschöner Strand und sehr nah. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in 10-15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Dauer: 3 Wochen Gäste: 3 Erwachsene + Kleinkind 1,5 Jahre

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig und sehr sauber. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon. Fantastisch! Zum Strand sind es ca. 100m. Über die Straße, Treppe runter gehen und den Strand in voller Pracht genießen. Der Vermieter Frane ist ein Paradebeispiel dafür, wie es laufen sollte. Erstklassige Einweisung und Übergabe und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu allem, was man als Urlauber dort benötigt. Für weitere Urlaube in Kroatien im Raum Split, ist genau diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall für uns die erste Wahl!! Wir kommen gerne wieder. We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is big, spacious and very clean. Each room has its own balcony. Fantastic! It is approx. 100m to the beach. Across the street, go down the stairs and enjoy the beach in all its glory. The landlord Frane is a prime example of how things should go. First-class instruction and handover and is at your side with words and deeds for everything you need as a holidaymaker there. For further holidays in Croatia in the Split area, this holiday apartment is definitely the first choice for us! We would love to come back.

eine sehr schöne FeWo mit sehr netten Vermietern, alles bestens gewesen, wir kommen gerne wieder es war sauber und gepflegt mit reichlich Platz, Strand 5 min Fußweg, absolut toll der hauseigene Parkplatz war für Stobrec sehr günstig, so konnte man das Auto gut untergebracht stehen lassen und den Ort zu Fuß erkunden

Frane the Great Host

The Host Family are very friendly, helpful and open minded. I enjoyed hearing them singing in their beautiful little garden, from my balcony. The appartement had air-conditioning and was very well equipped. My Shepsky Dog was welcome, too. But dogs are mostly banned on beaches. I cannot recommend vacation in Croatia with large breeds. As for the location: Perfect if you're interested in passing the evenings in Oldtown Split (good bus connection from Stobreč, ~15 min by car) and during day discover spots along the coast and go swimming in the clean waters down to Omiš and up to Trogir or Island Brač, suitable by car. Good point for interests in archeology and the very rich political history of the region. (A lot can be read in the Fortress of Klis) The appartement allows a calm retreat from activities and the closest beach (pebbles) is just a 1-minute-walk downhill. I can recommend the restaurant Lovački Rog in Stobreč, simple and filling food, good price and friendly service. We enjoyed our stay and the description matched.
