The Loft at Four à Chaux – A unique place in tune with the rhythm of the sea, in Paimpol 🌊 A unique past, an unspoiled soul Originally a wooden boat shed, transformed into stables during World War II, and later an oyster sorting workshop, this historic building has been fully renovated to become a one-of-a-kind living space. Even today, it continues to resonate with the rhythm of the sea. You might be surprised by the sound of the wind in the rigging from the nearby shipyard or the crashing of waves against the seawall during the winter. If you love the ocean and its ever-changing moods, this place is made for you. From the second floor, it feels as if you could reach out and touch the seagulls soaring on the rising currents just outside the huge picture window. As the day ends, the light from the west bathes the space in golden, warm reflections. 🏡 A rare and light-filled space, perfect for a getaway The Loft can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, two of which have their own private bathrooms. On the top floor, the master suite of 100 m² offers a breathtaking view of the entrance to Paimpol harbor. It includes a living room with a pool table, a hot tub, and promises moments of relaxation out of time. The expansive, light-filled living areas look directly onto the channel. You can watch the sailing boats, fishing boats, and old sailing ships passing by, especially during the Fête des Chants de Marins, held every two years in August. 🌿 Outdoor spaces and amenities for a worry-free stay The beautifully landscaped garden is perfect for barbecues, long terrace aperitifs, or relaxing moments in the sun loungers. The 3000 m² estate can accommodate up to 6 vehicles behind a remote-controlled gate. 🚶‍♀️ Everything within reach Located between the beach and the town center, the Loft is the perfect starting point to discover the Breton landscapes. The coastal trail GR34 runs along the granite wall of the property: in just a few steps, you’ll reach the Tossen seawater pool (supervised in summer) or set off hiking toward the Abbey of Beauport and the Cliffs Circuit. Quote upon request. ⚠️ Please note: • Due to its privileged and peaceful location, the Loft is not suitable for parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or noisy events. • We love pets, but unfortunately, they are not allowed. • The stairs leading to the upper floors are not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children left unsupervised. • Paimpol train station is less than a 15-minute walk away. The living room doors lead either to the beach or to the landscaped garden with a terrace, table, barbecue, ping-pong table, and sun loungers. No shared spaces. We are very discreet but will be there if you need us! Calm neighborhood by the sea, a few steps away from the city center. The property has private parking for 2 cars, with remote control gate.
