Casa Sildavia for 9 people

The house is located in the valley of the Libardón River in the village of La Riera, full of examples of traditional Asturian architecture. In it there are magnificent traditional houses with corridors and ancient horreos.
There is tranquility throughout the valley and the children enjoy the surroundings very much.
The house is on the banks of the river and with a meadow around the house.
The distance to the beach is about 3 km and you can go without worrying about the cars taking a walk along the river bank until you reach Colunga and then through San Juan de Luz which is also a typically Asturian village.

Muy tranquilo pero no tanto

La casa es estupenda y el entorno maravilloso. La atención de los encargados de recibirte impecable. Muy amables y atentos. El único “pero”, es que en la parcela de enfrente del porche de la casa , sin apenas separación, es donde juegan al fútbol los niños del pueblo, mañana y tarde, y por lo general alborotan bastante. Imagino que no siempre será así. Por tanto, salvo por esos momentos, el paraje es idílico y lo recomiendo mucho.

Geweldig huis in een verbluffend mooie omgeving

Geweldige week gehad in Casa Sildavia. Veel ruimte, wat een verblijf voor een grote groep aangenaam maakt. De locale bevolking is zeer behulpzaam, dat maakt het verblijf extra tof. Wat huis betreft: schoon huis en alles aanwezig, alleen een goede tuinset zou geen overbodige luxe zijn.

Fantástico

El sitio es fantástico para relajarse, la casa cómoda y grande, no tiene ninguna pega. Todo limpio. El trato excelente y seriedad tanto a la hora de contratarlo, llegada y salida. La gente de allí es muy amable. El río y el puente dan el toque especial que otros sitios no tienen. Yo desde luego que volvería a ir. El paraje excepcional y próximo a todo. Todo genial!!

Estuvimos el fin de semana del 29 de Noviembre , está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila y bonita.... La casa está muy bien ,muy grande y bien distribuida, con buen gusto decorativo, la verdad que quedamos encantados con ella.. y con la atención que nos prestó Fernando muy amable y atento en todo momento. Y además está cercana a Ribadesella.. Villaviciosa.. Colunga... en fin MUY RECOMENDABLE
