Larrionda 31. Village House in Asturias.

Larrionda House is a fully renovated home, located in Villar de Huergo, a typical Asturian village council Piloña. It is located 10 km from Arriondas to Cangas de Onis 16KM of and 55 km of Oviedo.
We have rebuilt our great-grandmother's house respecting the original structure and materials of stone and wood, which has let us create two totally independent houses and similar benefits and services we call Larrionda Larrionda 1 and 3. The combination of both can be performed through a double door to the dining rooms, then the call Larrionda 31.
Our house is located in Villar de Huergo, a typical Asturian village, very close to the peaks of Europe and spectacular beaches.
We are registered as Casa de Aldea AS1213, by the tourism agency of Asturias, so the quality of the facilities and comfort are guaranteed.
Possibility of stays of only one night.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Tranquila y bien ubicada

Alquilamos las 2 casas juntas. La casa está muy bien protegida y aislada del frío. Tiene todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia cómoda y la comunicación con la persona que lleva la gestión es perfecta.Nos ha encantado la casa por la ubicación y lo cerca que está de los sitios turísticos para visitar y hacer rutas.

Alojamiento agradable

La casa está muy bien , bien conservada y cuidada, correcta la limpieza de la casa y de la ropa de cama y baño. La cocina muy completa echamos en falta un horno. La única pega que le pondríamos es el tamaño de la barbacoa, es muy pequeñita y no se especifica en el anuncio, contabamos con hacer parrilla, eramos ocho adultos, y compramos una barbacoa pequeña para poder complementar la de la casa. Por lo demás hemos estado muy agusto.

Clean, spacious, country

The house was what we wanted and more. Beautiful view of the country. We walked to a nearby restaurant named La Roca. Highly recommended. Beds were comfortable. Only issue is power went out when we turned on the dryer.

Les ASTURIES: destination à découvrir. La maison à conseiller absolument

Maison entièrement conforme aux photos. Spacieuse, calme, bien équipée et bien adaptée à un grand groupe. (Nous étions 8). l'association de deux maisons pour en faire une grande permet d'avoir tous les équipements en double. (lave vaissele, casseroles...Par contre ne pas prévoir de gratins: il n'y a pas de four) Situé à la campagne, à 30 mn du littoral et de la montagne, idéale pour visiter la cote et l'ouest du parc des Picos de Europa. Randonnées, tourisme, canoé, via ferrate, et plages sont à votre portée. La petite ville d'ARRIONDAS possède toutes les commodités (supermarchés, retrait CB, office de tourisme...). Bilbao est à 2h30. Sollicitude du propriétaire (par mail) et de Tony et Margot, très sympathiques, sur place. Nous ne parlons pas du tout espagnol et si c'est votre cas, il vaut mieux se donner rdv à l'hôtel la ROCCA le premier jour, sinon, ce n'est pas évident de trouver la maison. Nous étions en vacances le jour de la fête locale: immense scène et musique jusqu'à 5h30 témoignent de la vie tardive des espagnols.

Villa très bien entretenu et très propre. Bien équipée, rien ne manquait.

La villa est située dans un petit village très calme à la campagne dans la verdure . Les habitants sont très gentil et très souriant . La villa est très confortable, Elle dispose de tous les équipements moderne micro-ondes lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge. Seul bémol pour une villa à la campagne il n'y a pas de jardin accessible pour les locataires, avec par exemple une zone de repos et pourquoi pas des transats. Je recommande vivement cette villa.
