‘La Casilla de la Loma’ is a village house in Albuñuelas in the heart of the Valley of Lecrín. The Lecrín Valley is located between Granada and the Mediterranean coast. It’s a very peaceful place in a natural setting. The village is just 30 minutes from Granada, a beautiful Spanish city with important monuments area and the Alhambra, a World Heritage Site. You can’t visit Andalucía without going to Sierra Nevada with more than 100 km of ski slopes. The Lecrín Valley is also close to the beaches of the Costa Tropical of Granada.
The Lecrín Valley is an area of outstanding natural beauty with incredible landscapes. You are assured of a quiet and relaxing stay in our comfortable house in a quaint and authentic Andalusian village. Albuñuelas is a beautiful village surrounded by orange groves and olive trees.

It’s ideal for you to spend a few days with family and friends and discover the authentic rural Andalusia.

The house has three floors. On the ground floor there is a large room, a dining room, a kitchen with a fireplace and a patio with a small swimming pool. This is a perfect spot to cool down after a long day in the sun. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the top floor, there is a large en-suite bedroom that leads to a terrace – solarium with a pergola and great views of the mountains.

The house is 140m2 and is perfect for up to seven people. It has three double bedrooms and one single.

La casa es preciosa y tiene unas vistas impresionantes. La piscina es pequeñita, pero no necesitábamos más. La propietaria es encantadora y está muy al pendiente de todo. Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en Albuñuelas.

Prima huis in schitterende omgeving

Het is een prima huis in een schitterende omgeving. Hier kom je echt helemaal tot rust. Het zwembad(je) geeft heerlijke verkoeling op warme dagen. Het huis heeft ventilatoren in alle kamers en toiletten op iedere verdieping. Vanaf het dakterras is het genieten van het uitzicht, s'avonds van de prachtige sterrenhemel.

Puente de la Inmaculada para recordar.

El equipamiento de la Casa es total, no le falta de nada, es más completa de lo que pone en Toprural, tiene 2 baños completos y un aseo, la terraza en la parte alta de la casa tiene unas vistas al valle y al Pueblo magnificas, está situada en lo alto de una Loma en un pequeño núcleo de población y en 10 minutos a píe se llega a la parte principal del Pueblo, la zona es muy tranquila y silenciosa, la casa está muy limpia, la distribución en 3 plantas y en cada una de ellas un baño, tiene 2 puertas de entrada una en la planta media y otra en la planta baja que es donde está la cocina-comedor, con chimenea por cierto una gozada disponer de la chimenea en este tiempo, tiene muchos juegos de mesa, TV plana, la cocina tiene de todo, mucho menaje, cafetera, microondas, tostador, etc, Toda la casa en general está muy acogedora y muy bien equipada, tiene hasta 2 parque cunas por si viajas con bebes. El pueblo de Albuñuenas se encuentra a tan solo 15 km. de la Autovía A-44, que une Granada con Motril, por lo que se pueden hacer excursiones a las Alpujarras, a Granada o a la Costa en poco tiempo. En resumen hemos pasado unos días magníficos y enhorabuena a la dueña por tener la casa tan bien acondicionada y es el motivo por lo que recomiendo esta Casa.

Para recargar las pilas

Hemos pasado una semana en esta casa en junio, descansando después del curso escolar. La casa es muy cómoda y limpia. Se respira una atmósfera de tranquilidad estupenda. Recarga las pilas. La zona tiene unas vistas preciosas, la sierra está prácticamente delante de la casa y Granada a un tiro de piedra. Los vecinos son muy amables y la relación calidad precio es estupenda. Tiene de todo. La piscina es pequeña pero los niños se lo han pasado muy bien. Sin duda, volveremos!

Un fin de semana antiestrés de verdad

La casa es muy bonita y acogedora y el pueblo muy auténtico, tal y como nos habían explicado. Nos sentimos muy bien acogidos. El paisaje del Valle de Lecrín es impresionante, con naranjos y limoneros..... los campos llenos de olivos y almendros..... Pasamos unos días de desconexión estupendos. Muy recomendable!
